I've never heard of it referred to as slang before today. confused
I thought it was really Gaia, anyway, not justtheGD.

Still, it makes me feel kewl. Being able to speak it and everything.

Namedropping, mule, troll, etc.

...

I've heard people talk about namedroping in the GD but what exactly does it mean??? Is it what it sounds like, just randomly putting someones name in a subject or message or something? I know what a mule is but what about a troll?

Ok, thanks. That makes sense, I just thought people called them noobs still. I leave for a few months and then bam! there's new slang when I come back. It's like leaving the US for a year then coming back to discover everyone now speaks German. Altough not so bad cause it's just two new words instead of a whole langauge. I'm just rambling on being wierd, you can ignore me.

Anyway back to the subject, I now just need to know what 'namedroping' means exactly, although I get the basic point of it... I think. I guese it doesn't matter too much, I only am active in this guild and Lady Sickness's quest thread.

i think the GD is definitly a very secluded area of Gaia, like VIP almost, i go there all the time and they are very picky about who they let in and Flaming is terrible.
