Hmmm, well, though Roy has more experience, Ed was basically tied with him when they fought in episode 13, Full Metal vs. Flame. But since then, Ed's skills have improved, while I doubt Roy's have. Though Ed only tied with Roy because Roy had a flashback of the Ishbal Massacre at the last second and hesitated. So, I'm not sure. I'm saying tie, but with a slight lean towards Roy.
