First off I want to give credit to Dark Preist because he was the first to address my topic at hand. With this statement.



Like I've said quite a few times now, I haven't been around much lately but I haven't like the things I've been seeing. What happened to the harmony we once had? It's so cliche' but, " Why can't we all just sing a song?" xd Sorry I had to do that. We can take back our once harmonious atmosphere only if we are all willing to make an effort.

I am in many guilds but I love this one the most, if I didn't I wouldn't have taken part of the responmsibility for it's well being. I've made so many friends here and I love you all but we have to respect eachother. There's been so much mutiny going on that some of our newer members are being ignored, which is partly why this has become " the incredible shrinking guild." I'm not going to preach ( I swear this time blaugh ) but this is kinda like a church family. You know how a church is like a hospital for sick ppl, ( sick any kind of way) in the beginning so was this guild. In the same aspect, when someone is new in the church people must take extra time out to nurture them and make them feel like they belong well enough so that they don't feel neglected or run around and get swallowed up by the world. I know I'm making sense to you now.

Too many come here looking for help and for someone to instill their self cofidence or give them the boost they need. If the old members are too busy hating eachother we are no longer effective in our mission. More importantly we are here to have fun. This is such a fun place anymore with all the tension. sad It's gotten so thick that everyone is afraid to even post for the risk of upsetting someone else and setting off another ticking time bomb. Maybe some of you are just stressed. Before you get itno a confrontation, think. It isn't worth it. If stress is getting to you talk to someone about it. If you need to talk about anything, you can always PM me. If you don't want to talk, maybe you just need a break from Gaia. I'm done now. but I hope things get better. Please helps us mods and if anything, be patient.

Same here. After everything we worked at to create it, we shouldn't let it die so easily.

It was not the arguings, it was the fights and ofenses left and right, that makes people hate each other, and stop coming to the guild.

I know. But online forums are NOT place for that kind of thing. You want to have a fight, do it in other place. This other forum I used to go went to hell because a bunch of people decided they should bring their s**t there.

I think that the fighting is useless...is it solving anything? Nope. Is behaving like an asshat because someone has said something that you don't agree with going to make that person change their mind? Nope. Is all of this constant bickering going to make this guild pleasant to be in? Hell no.

I appreciate Dwarf Priest's dedication to this guild as well as Topaz's genuine effort in trying to make things run smoothly...it's nice to know that some of you actually give a damn about this guild. I'm at the point where I don't know what I feel about SnS anymore. All I know is that I'm sick and bloody tired of coming across threads where someone is acting condescending/disrespectful towards someone else...you actually CAN find a way of writing a response without biting someone's head off and acting like a jerk/b***h....we all have different points of view, different opinions...we are different ages, come from different backgrounds, have different morals and such...

...just because we are different doesn't mean we cannot communicate to one another in a respectful way. Don't agree with someone? That's fine, don't act like a dickhead because you don't see where the other person is coming from. Having a bad day and don't have the patience/tollerence of putting up with people who are complaining about something going on in their lives or their playful banter is getting on your nerves? Then go to another forum or do something else Gaia related and cool down before you speak your piece instead of just spouting off at the mouth because you're feeling bitchy.
