OK, it looks like you have something that is fairly new and hasn't been covered by Lavasoft yet. My only recommendations would be to try other software (Spybot is supposed to be good, and together they're supposed to eliminate just about everything) or figure out the submissions page, so they can have an example to work with.
Sorry if that's not a lot of help... That's all that mine took to fix. sweatdrop

You did try Start ---> Setting ---> Control Panel --> Add/Remove Programs too uninstall that toolbar, right?
