There was a huuuuge conflict of interest which noone has mentioned Micheal was Terri's legal guardian yet he never submitted a guardianship plan and he had a common law wife in which he had two children with. Also I have some questions that probably never get answered Why was he injecting her with insulin? If he loved Terry so much to stick by her why the extra wife? Why did it take 7 years before he remembered she didnt want life support? How is Food and water life support? If she couldnt swallow why did Judge Greer court order that the Shindlers were not allowed to feed her orally? Since when are oral statements from Michael, his brother, his brothers wife "Clear and convincing" evidence? and Why did Judge Greer disallow the majority of the affidavits and other documents from being introduced to the case?

Definitely!
An interesting thought which came up in discussion of this case....if death by starvation is so painless and noble, then shouldn't all of those recording artists who participates in that project in the 80's to relieve starving people in Ethiopia be prosecuted? After all, they robbed all those people of such a noble, painless death...
Just a thought for the next time...and sadly, there will be a next time...
