The Ragnarok anime is a drama/action/romance anime,with comedy in the first half.Although,that's actually most action anime isn't it?o_O...Meh,the only bad thing about it though,is that it may have a side effect of making you want to play the game.
Maybe try some kikaider if you're interested in robots?It's a pretty good anime,although I like the movie alot.
Arjuna:A pretty good 13-episode anime.This pretty much is an action anime,and it's about the side effects of pollution.I guess it's pretty good,but at times it can get really boring.
Noir:A real action anime.The two main roles are filled by women,although that really doesn't matter.Basically they're assassins trying to find their past memory.Can get pretty boring,since it does teach alittle history.Donno if the history is true or false.@_@
Full Metal Panic/Full Metal Panic FUMOFFU:The first is an action anime.Guns,mechs,action,romance,and a whole lot of comedy.FUMOFFU is the sequel,I'm pretty sure,and it focuses the anime more towards the comedy and guns,rather than the story and mechs.They come and differ in 15 and 30 minute sessions.
Cromartie Highschool:A pure random comedy anime.If you like the comedy they use,you like it.If you don't,you don't.Really that simple.
D.N.Angel:Eh,Romance,Drama,and Action.The basics.To me it's one of the animes that's boring,but you still wanna see what happens next,although it's just my opinion.
