[Scarecrow] (Yasuo)
As the snake buried its fangs into his wrist, he drew his hand away from the envelope. He eyed his wrist; blood intermingled with an unnamed substance oozed from two puncture holes on his wrist just below the vein.
Just as he lifted his gaze to the summoner, his vision blurred, overpowering his sight with a haze of distorted images. He brought a hand up against his brow, as if trying to guard from an invisible sun. A trap, I should have known. Katsuhiro stepped backward and found himself backed up against a table. Again he attempted to focus his vision yet it seemed to worsen, fading to nearly black. His concentration dissipated, breaking away to a thoughtless state. He felt his hand reach up for the table as he collapsed against the floor, his cheek pressed against the polished wood. (Orochimaru)Orochimaru simply retained his dead emotions. The man slipped away, and he didn't give a conceited reaction, nor a determined one. Just… blank. His passion was even suppressed as the Ryouken captain fell backwards. He witnessed him hitting the floor; the envelope twirled to the floor near Katsuhiro. He took a short time to watch his victim lose his consciousness and with small steps, he drew closer, but he had no attacks in mind. At least not for a while. Then he cracked a hint on sentiment from the small smirk and constricted eyes he soon demonstrated. For Katsuhiro's last degree of perception, he spoke. "You were suitable after all." And with that, the snake cackled, ever so softly. ((Bye-byeee.))

She looked around the room until her gaze came to the window. She slowly began to get out of the bed. She wasn't sure if she was supposed to, but she was feeling fine right now. Minus the dizziness that she knew would pass soon.
When she felt her feet touch the floor, she stood up straight and walked towards the window. She rested her palms on the window sill and stared out. She could see her family's land and glanced over it as she looked around the village. What she could see from her window anyway.
After staring out the window for about five minutes, she walked away from it and over to where her sandles were. She grabbed them and then walked over to the bed. She sat down and started to put them on. She looked up when she heard the door open. When she saw that it was only one of the medical ninja's, she looked back down and finished putting on her sandles.
After the med looked her over, she was declared free to go. She nodded her thanks and stood back up. She saw her weapon's kit on the table and walked over to it. She picked it up and placed it on her leg where she always had it and then looked around again to make sure that she wasn't missing anything else. She already got her hetai-ate.
After deeming herself ready, she walked towards the door and opened it. When she walked out of the room she closed the door behind her and walked down the hall to the exit. Now all she had to do was leave the hospital and wait until she was needed for something else.
She didn't pay any attention to any of the other people who were walking down the halls. She usually didn't anyway so it wasn't anything new. Her footsteps were silent as she walked on the wooden floor. She startled some people as she walked by without a sound but she made no comment.
When she finally reached the doors that led outside, she sighed relief and opened the doors. She let them shut on their own behind her and walked out into the sun. She stopped walking and shielded her eyes for a moment until they adjusted. When they had, she continued walking. ((Yay! A long post again!)

The sun was out again. Shiryoku felt his saddness leave him as he wandered outside. What should he do today? He wandered down into the village, walking slowly and feeling the sun wash over him. The warmth wwas always welcome. He saw some children, little ones, playing around. Tag, as it seemed. He walked over to them, his normal smile increasing a little. "May I join?" he asked, ever so politely.
"Fine, but you're it."
"That is fine with me." He said. he waited for them to get a head start, then jogged after one. He caught up anyways. He slowed down to the kid's speed, making sure not to catch him. "Such fun is known to these kids.." He sighed.

She looked at the sky as she walked. When she saw something in her path, she looked down and noticed that it was just a rock. She stepped over it and continued heading for her family's estate. She was sure that they had been told why she hadn't been home.
The sun was beating down on her but she didn't care. She looked straight ahead of her as she saw the estate ahead. When she approached the gates that led into it, she looked up at the family symbol and smiled. She was proud to be part of this family.
Her hand went to her back where the symbol had been branded onto her back when she was ten. She was proud to wear it on her back and have it so it would never come off. She dropped her hand and pushed on the mahogany doors so that it opened into the courtyard of the estate.
As soon as she closed the door, she saw one of her younger, distant cousins, come running over to her. She was only two and didn't understand the rules of the Clan like she did. "Kuni!" She said as she got up to Kuniko.
Kuniko put a finger to her lips to motion for her to be quiet. She looked up when she saw someone else heading in her direction. Her father. Now was especially the time to be quiet because he was the head of the house now that her grandfather was dead.
She bowed her upper body to him for a moment and then straightened herself up and stared at him. She felt her cousing grab her around the leg but didn't respond to her. She would have if her mother or someone else was around, but this was her father.
When she saw and felt him put his hand on her shoulder, she knew that meant he was proud of her. He smiled and nodded to her before he turned around and walked back to their house. She watched his back until she couldn't see him anymore. He hadn't gone inside though. That meant that they were going to be training.
She grabbed a kunai and knelt down. She looked her cousin in the eye and pointed in the direction that she had come from. When she didn't make any move to go, she turned her around and gave her a small shove. When she saw her started running back to her parents, she got into a fighting stance and scanned the courtyard. Up, down, left, right, straight, back. No sign of him.
She took a step forward, but before she planted her foot down, she jumped back and as soon as she did, she saw a net spring up from the ground. She saw something glisten in the sunlight and recognized it as a string. It was a good thing that she had noticed it before she finished that step. If she hadn't, then she would have gotten into a lot of trouble.
She landed on the ground with one hand pressed down and the other gripping the kunai. One knee was on the ground and the other was in the air with the front pad of her foot on the ground. She looked around and saw a darker shadow. There.
She sat up straight and did hand seals. She rolled out of the way of an object coming her way. When she was upright again, she was in the same position as she had been in before she rolled; her hands still in the formation for the final seal. She was focusing more.
She stood up straight and started running in her father's direction. When she finally got a clear view of him, she used the jutsu. Okuyuki Katawa (Depth Distortion). She jumped back and to the right to avoid an oncoming shuriken. Now she had to hope the jutsu worked. When she was on the ground again, she looked up at her father and saw him stumble a little. It had worked.
She ran at him and saw him jump back, but it wasn't enough. She aimed a punch at him and rolled forward to reduce the impact of her herself hitting the ground when it hit and sent him flying back. During the roll, she came back to her feet to see her father getting back up as well.
She got a kunai and threw it at him. She groaned when he managed to dodge the kunai. When she saw one coming at her she ducked and rolled to her left. She knew that if she rolled to her right, it would bring her up against the wall and she couldn't let that happen. Rolling to the left would bring her to another opening so she would have more room to manuver.
When he came at her quickly, it was then that she realized he had dispelled the jutsu. She should have known that he would realize that it was Genjutsu. At least she had managed to get a hit on him before he dispelled it. She hadn't moved quickly enough and got hit in the gut by his punch.
She flew a few feet before she hit the ground and started rolling. When she stopped, she got up to her hands and knees and got her breath quickly. She saw the kunai coming at her from the corner of her eye and grabbed one of her own quickly and threw it at her father's. She stood up straight when he deflected the other one.
She stood there as she watched her father walk into the house. She looked around and didn't see anyone else around. She checked the ground carefully for any traps. To make sure, she threw kunai and shurikens where she was going to step. When she had thrown the third one, another net shot up. She stepped where the two kunai were, picking them up in the process, and then throwing them ahead of her. When nothing happened, she picked those up as she came to them and did it again. Nothing. She picked them up and came up to the house. She opened the door and walked in, taking off her shoes and setting them by the door. ((Wow. An even longer post..))

The dark-haired kunoichi stared out her window at nothing inparticular. She was bored but she knew that training as soon as she got out of the hospital was a bad thing. Her arms were folded on the window sill and she was resting against the sill with her arms coming just under her chest.
Her right leg was straight and her left was bent enough to give her enough comfort as she leaned. She had taken her hetai-ate off a little bit ago since she was getting ready to take a nap. It was laying on her dresser next to her bed.
Her weapons pouch that held her kunai, shurikens, explosive tags, smoke bombs and any other fighting items was laying next to the hetai-ate. A glare reflected off of it from the sun that was coming in through the window.
Kuniko stood up straight and turned to look at her dresser. She couldn't see the eighth note that was the symbol of Otogakure because of the glare. She knew it was there though. She smiled at it as she moved from the window over to her bed. She sat down on it and picked up her hetai-ate. She had proudly worn it since she got it.
She replaced it on her dresser and looked out the window again. She saw a couple of birds fly by. She heard chirping of nearby birds; from the way it sounded they were outside of the village. Outside the village. Somewhere she hadn't been yet. She was patiently waiting for the time that she could get a mission where, with someone of higher ranking, she would be able to go outside of the village.
She layed down and stared at the ceiling as she laced her fingers together and placed them underneathe her head. Her legs were bent so her feet were flat on her bed. The mission that she had just got done with kept replaying in her head. She thought about the things that she could do to better herself so that she wouldn't make the same mistakes again.
Somewhere along her thoughts she had closed her eyes. She opened them as soon as the thoughts finished. She swung her legs over the edge of her bed and sat up. Looking at her headband one more time, she picked it up and replaced it. Once it was comfortable on her forehead, she stood up and replaced her pouch on her leg.
Once everything was in place, she got up and walked out of her room, closing the door behind her. She walked down a hallway until she got to the front door. She sat down on the step and put her sandles on. Once they were on, she sat there for a little bit before standing up and opening the door. She walked out into the sun and closed the door.
She scanned the estate and saw one of her cousins training alone. Seeing it made her smile. It reminded her so much of herself when she was little. She had always trained anytime that she could. Even when she had free time she didn't really use it for being with friends. That slowly changed as she got older and she did have friends. She started spending her free time with them.
She walked over to her cousin and stopped when she was about twenty feet away. She just stood there and watched her. From the way she saw her change her position and the way she moved, Kuniko knew her cousin knew someone was there, watching her. It was the same stance she used to have when she was her age and knew someone was watching her. The stance that said "I hope I am not disappointing you".

Shiryoku stood up from his seat, leaving the money for his meal on the table. With his characteristic smile, he left, off to find Kuniko. He hoped he could apolagize for his visit at the hospital, he hadn't meant to upset her. By now, she was probably well too. Hmm... Where does her clan live? Oh, I think I know.
Shiryoku stood outside of the Taka clan's compound, not entering. He just rested against a tree, listening to a bird sing. Cicada was up in the tree, looking into the compound for him. If Kuniko left it in this direction, Cicada would tell him. It gave him a chance to reflect upon the battle again. I need to remember to pick up some kunai...
Cicada made a sound, Kukiko had stepped out of a building. Shiryoku stood up, as Cicada continued buzzing quietly. She hadn't left the clan grounds yet, she was watching another nin train. Darn... Oh well, guess I have some more nap time before I can talk to her. He settled back down against the tree, his eyelids closing uselessly. Pulling his arms behind his head, his smile softened as his consciousness wavered. Cicada'll wake me if anything happens.

A kunai that had been thrown by her cousin bounced off something and headed towards her. Kuniko deflected the kunai and it flew towards the target that it had originally been aimed at. When her cousin turned around, the kunoichi Genin put her index finger to her lips, signalling her cousin to not say anything.
She grabbed a parchement that was nearby and something to write with. When she had finished writing, she handed the note to her cousin. Written on it was ways to help her hit the target better. She saw the thanks in the eyes of her younger family member and just nodded. She looked towards the doors that led out of the compound and noticed that someone else was out there.
Her eyes narrowed on the door, until she realized that it was the Genin that she had fought along side in the battle. What was he doing here? They couldn't really communicate so what other reason could he be out there for?
She turned to look back at her cousin before looking at her pouch that held her weapons and paper and something to write with. She didn't need to restock it yet. She still had plenty. When she was through inspecting her pouch, she moved towards the wall that was near the door.
She leapt on top of the wall and then down the other side right next to Shiryoku.

Cicada's buzz woke him as Kuniko dropped from the wall. His eyelids opening, he turned to her. "Good afternoon. I was just nearby, and wanted to say I'm sorry, for interrupting your time for healing. I said some things that may have upset you... And, I'm sorry."
He stood up, quickly brushing the dirt from his robe. He had done what he came to do, hopefully she wouldn't be upset at him any longer, if indeed she even was. He knew he tended to worry about stupid stuff, but he hated the idea she might have been upset.

Was that all he had come to her compound to say? She opened her mouth to say something, but closed it quickly. She wasn't sure if what she was about to say was important or not. She closed her eyes and thought back to what he father had let her know about what was important to say or talk about.
She shook her head once she got her answer. It wasn't. She got into her pouch and got out the parchment and writing utencil. She began to write on the parchment. Once she was finished, she handed it to him.
I was healed and just getting ready to leave when you showed up. Do not worry about it. I am already past that.

Before he turned to leave, he sensed her scribbling on some paper. Turning around, an amused smile on his face, he accepted it as she handed the paper over. "Erm... Thank you... I'll.. Just read this later..." He put the paper into his robes, no way for him to read it anyways. "I hope you have a good day." With that, he turned away Cicada landing on his head as he took his first step.

Kuniko nodded as she saw him put the paper away. She looked back at the doors to her Clan's compound before looking back at him. She saw him begin to walk away and stayed standing where she was for a bit more. After a few moments, she walked over to the doors and opened them as she walked in. She closed them behind her and looked around.
What time was it? She knew that it must be afternoon, but she didn't know what time specifically. She began to walk towards her house, when she pulled a kunai out and deflected a kunai shot towards her. She turned around quickly and didn't see anyone there. She got down in a defensive/offensive stance that way she was ready to defend or block.
Her eyes danced around the compound as she searched for the owner of the kunai. She rolled to her right when she saw another one coming at her. When she rolled, she saw another kunai. It had come from behind her. So it was more than one Clan member this time.
