*sighs* i know a lot of people who hate gay people, let alone yaoi. because i go to an all girls school, you'd sorta expect girls to not mind yaoi, but they do. its not like girls who just go 'ewwww!', and you can laugh with (and at! blaugh ) them, they actully dont like it at all. its a shame, a big shame cry

my relatives just tend to give me a weird look when i tell them about shounen-ai. my dad doesnt mind about shounen-ai or shoujo-ai, he liked anime a LOT when he was younger, but me no know about mummy. i know she doesnt mind shounen-ai or shoujo-ai, but i dunno about yaoi or yuri. i like it alot though. whee i like some hentai too, but not the extreme stuff. thats bad for me. my parents dont even know i get feelings for other girls... surprised

my freinds? alot of them couldnt care less (my close freinds) but more of them prefer yaoi, rather than yuri. cry some of them like yuri though, which is good. very good indeed whee

as far as the 'only homophobes are from the south" thing. i live in the south...texas actually, and it's true...i take no offense from it...i'm bi, and if i came out...there would be ALOT of insult thrown at me.....it's because nost of the south is in the bible belt.

it sucks.

I like yuri myself, and am fine with yaoi (although im straight), probably because all of my female friends love it. I think my parents know nothing about what i do, but i dont think they would care anyway.
