Just so everyone remembers, Starscream is immortal... He was also finally scrapped by Galvatron.
Probably Megs already knew Starscream is immortal hence didn't kill him cuz he would be a better alive with moving parts rather than a dead one that floats around (Starscream's Ghost eps).

Eh, I doubt it. Too many threats to insinuate otherwise, and in the episode where Starscream double-crossed Unicron after getting his body back, Galvatron was surprised to see him alive again, and all too eager to rectify that mistake. I think it more likely that Starscream proved his worth more often than his worthlessness. Really, Megatron didn't slag any of his more capable warriors, probably realizing that he needed any advantage he could get. Of course, no so with Galvatron, but getting tossing into a pool of superheated plasma prolly "fixed" his logic centers on that one.

What is the source of his knowledge?!?!LOL I never write the plots so I won't know where "the source of his knowledge comes from" but it always amazes me that he is 1 step ahead of Teletran in terms of information and gathering of technology and power. Hence it won't surprise if he knew specifics about each and everyone of his minions.

Soundwave, even Shockwave who has direct access to the Cybertronian databanks.. But I don't think Starscream even realized his spark was indestructible until after he died.

I think that this could be a very interesting and logical possibility for everything that goes on in the exchanges between Megatron and Starscream. I agree that Megs never really scolded Screemer while when others failed he nearly ripped their heads off!! blaugh But either way it is still a mystery....

And if its creation then is there a co-creator?
And if there is a co-creator, is Starscream a legitimate son or b*****d or...whatever!

Hrmmm... I dunno. If Megs was his father, then he woulda been a decepticon from the beginning, eh? Instead of having worked alongside Jetfire as a scientist before?

Who in the world would want to be with Megs? lol Psycho lady bot or man bot depending. But I think they would probably create them with Vector Sigma like all those other bots that ever came to life.
In a way Megs could be Screamers father just like how the Combaticons were Starscream's protege and the Technobots, Grimlock's protege.

It's established canon that Starscream was a neutral scientist before the Great War broke out, and if Megatron "made" Starscream; A. he would have implemented a failsafe in case Starscream turned on him, which happened several times... B. he would have made him with the exclusive purpose of being a fighting machine, not a scientist. and C. he would have had Starscream at the forefront during the initial conflict in the instance where the Aerialbots had been sent to the past. I'm just saying. I can't find anything that would support Megatron having "made" starscream.
