Rain, I've hated you, you've hated me, I've been your friend, you've been mine...I accept your apoligy(At least you apoligize for calling me demo *Kronik*), and I'm clearing the slate. Just call me Xw, I'll call you Breakdown, or Rain, or whatever you really prefer.

Are you trying to make me feel guilty? You gave me 10k for the first time you screwed up. You have done it more then once! You have screwed up so many things, and that I cant do anything about because it doesn't involve just me, but I dont know how to forgive you for messing up my friendship with Metz, for the rude comments you have said, and for just making me feel horrible! I mknow you dont like me, and that is your opinion, but one thing I want to know, before I forgive you, is that if I forgive you, will you turn around and act like that again? Can I really trust you after all the stuf you have done? Please answer to me why I should!

My attempt at resolving my issue's with people, is imperfect.. I knew that if out of all the people, you would be the one that would not forgive to easy. Along with Proto
I was not attempting to make you feel guilty, that was the last thing on my mind as I wrote what I wrote, my attempt is what I said, to make things even the littlest better.. Im not demanding that you forgive me, I merely ask, I don't request that you trust me, I ask it.. I can only give you my word that these things of the past are just that... things of the past.. I plan to look to a future, of made once enemies.. now friends.
Why should you forgive me... it's a little saying..
the more enemies you have the more people to watch out for... the more friends you have, the more people to look out for you.
Please I ask, forgive me and my Sin's... I know that I have laid misery at your feet, but now.. I lay friendship.

I wasnt given an im sorry?! me of all people that you never pissed off?! the one person who'm actually thought you were interesting and roleplayed in a GRAND storyline with you?!....Wheres my im sorry! HUH?!!?!
such as:
"I'm Sorry vulture, your more grand then me and your p***s makes giant towers tremmor!"
..Long story, a fight we had on msn about who was the best..and its me..anyways, good ta c ya around surprised 3nodding xd

This is how we're going to do this, Rain. You have defiled the sanctity of my rulings of banishment by sneaking in under a mule, lying, and showing yourself against my will. However, you have likewise admitted to all wrong doings, and seemingly apologized for them. First of all, when you left the guild, you set off on a huge thread of insults and damages that to this day have not yet been repaid for, and you gunned your words on many of my friends.
When it came to my turn, to did not have the cajones to insult me and my rulings.
So first off, I demand that you insult me in the same magnitude that you insulted my friends when you left the guild right now.
Then I demand that you apologize to me in the exact same magnitude that you have done so with my firends here.
And then, to decide whether or not you should be allowed back into the guild, we will hold a trial of sorts, where the opinion's of all shall be recounted, and taken into consideration. There will be a vote that does not have any power over the final decision. The final decision of whether or not Black Rain of the Dead will be allowed to return to this guild, will be the sole decision of one user.

That was exactly what I wanted. However, just to point out now, the firend that lives with me broke up with my on Monday Morning at 12:18, and is no longer anything but a roommate.
The Trial will take place when I post it tonight, and will end with a statement from yourself, posted when I say.
Then, I will administer the final verdict Saturday Morning, during which time your Mule, The Breakdown, will be banned from the guild. THe verdict reached on Saturday, if Yes, will allow Black Rain of the Dead back in. Not the Breakdown. If No, neither will be let in.

I think he could get a second chance......but now if he does what he did an says what he said again then he should be banned forever !!!! cause Proto was nice enuff to create this site an the least people can do is show some respect to him an the people that are members.
