Dei-kun actually uses male pronouns when speaking about himself, especially "ore" That's a definite one.

First off I do believe Deidara is a guy, but he could be a girl simply because of this.
If you are a girl in a guy dominant organization wouldn't you want to refer to yourself and have them refer to you as a "man" so that you would not look weaker than the rest. You would want to be an equal so it is very probable.
Just a thought but yeah I am do think he still is a guy.

i think deidara's a boy fer sher
he may not look very manish but Haku is much more feminine looking
Haku has a feminine voice too [in both japanese & english]
& if Dei-chan did turn out to be a girl, so many yaoi pics would go to waste crying sad sad & that would mean I'm... emo

Regarding the clip of Akatsuki in episode 135. I watched it over and over and I couldn't distunguish anyone besides Itachi, Kisame, and the leader. So even if Deidara was one of the ones talking, you couldn't tell.
I also think Deidara is a guy. He does look kinda girly but his facial structure is rather masculine. There are guys who look really girly, but so far I've yet to see a girl looking guy-ish.
In one of the earlier mangas Kishimoto said in one of those extras that he finds it hard to make women look beautiful, so if he did mean for Deidara to be a girl, he would have tried harder to make her look girls. Remember, this is Naruto, not Fruits Basket. I don't think having Deidara's gender remain a mystery and have it suprisingly revealed is going to mean much. (Unless Deidara is actually Naruto's mom or some other piece of cracked out BS like that)
If Deidara was to suddenly come out and say "Guess what. I"m a woman." Akatsuki would be like "um...ok...well you caught two bijuu so we don't care." and anyone fighting him would be like " Ok...but we're still going to kick you're a** for kidnaping Gaara and whatnot." so yeah...
