Indrid Cold Alexiandra I feel like i am both overweight and big-boned. It depends on the part of my body im looking at. My waist isnt as small as id like it, but even so i can feel my hip bones when i place my hands on my sides. It kinda sucks casue i know I'll never be much smaller than the size i am now. Im really not comfortable with my body, mostly becsue my older sisters are both tall, skinny and beautiful, all of which i feel im not. Sure im pretty when i clean myself up, do my hair and makeup but thats too much work to do every day. That, in turn drags my self conidence down when it comes to new people. Im fine when im with my friends because i knwo they see past my appearance. They also constantly disagree with me when i voice these thoughts. Okay i think im done..Yay my first thread here. Party. Well think of it this way, if your big boned you wont have to worry about osteoperosis.. The loss of calcium after you turn age 40. I actually am probally going to get osteoperosis anyway. I have this uncanny ability to brreak bones very easily and i dont like milk products so i dont get as much calcium as i probally should.

I'm big boned and fat. My girlfriend is always joke complains about how huge my ribcage is and how wide my hips are. At the same time I have a big belly and thighs. It doesn't really bother me because my girlfriend says I'm fine the way I am. But at the same time I don't want to crush her. sweatdrop

I don't think I'm big-boned. I'm just fat. mrgreen I do have pretty wide hips, though. You can feel the bones really well when you push down on them slightly. So no matter if I'm smaller or bigger I'll probably always have a sizeable behind.

Alexiandra Out of curiousity how do you guys feel about your bodies? Do you really feel overweight, or simply maintain that you are big-boned? (which is the case sometimes like with my hips) Are you comfortable with your body, or do you wish it was different? Do you have high self confidence, or do you let your looks drag your confidence down? Im just curious becasue some of you are all lets lose weight, and then i noticed a few asking you why you would want to change yourselves. So where do you stand? Well, I know that by now I'm a little past the big-boned part, and on to the just plain overweight part. I have high self-confidence, but not in my body area--I just try to look past that as much as I can. I've come to terms with my body--I don't like it, but I've gotten used to it. In my group of friends, I'm like everyone's teddy bear. I don't mind that, at least I get lots of hugs ^.^ No one ever really judges me, because most people that just met are either too afraid of me to say it or the people that know me know I'm just a big softy 4laugh

Well lets see... NO, no way around it I'm fat with a capital F. I know this and I'm trying to lose weight but it ain't easy. I just want to lose enough to fit into a 24 again that's all and I'm almost there. 3nodding

I think I'm about 270, but really, I don't seem that fat. I'm about 5'10" I guess my weight disportion is odd....

I'm about six three and 305/310. I love my body, but I'm terribly shy. I'm generally known as the nice guy, so every once in a while I'll start making people unhappy just to shake things up. At the same time I have to not appear as the greedy fat guy. So there's a balance there.
I also inherited my mother's whole constant (side note: my rat appears to be on speed) PMS moodswing thing. Blah.

WOW, it's been a while.
Where am I at.
I feel good about being fat. Really good. I love being fat, I really do. I love how my sides squish out over my pants, how I'm totally not normal, how I don't fit in at all, socially and physically. I love it when I have to squeeze myself up against a wall in a restaurant hallway to let someone by, and they still struggle to get by. I love it when I realise I ate twice as much as my friend. I love it.
I mean, sure, I have my down moments, but for the most part, I feel great...
