Paladins have a multiclassing restriction. If they take levels in any other class, they can't take any more paladin levels. There are feats to get around this, but the only one that will allow multiclassing to wizard would be the feat Knight Training, which is from the Eberron Campaign Setting (it was also in Dragon Magazine). All this feat does is allow you to multiclass in one other class. You must take the feat at first level.

Well, since you would only be 1st level, you can't have multi-classed yet. You could take the Knight Training feat Velris suggested as one of your 1st level feats and multi-class when you gain a level.

I am still running all my games. I just have been having a busy summer with a lot of travel and such, plus my accident... I don't plan on letting my games die until the characters are Epic xp
