i just finished one today so of course it wasn't published. i'm starting its sequel at the moment. it's about a girl whose ultimate destiny is to rule everything but must watch the one she loves die in order to take her destiny and she's not sure she wants it now. I kinda got the ideas from several books but the rest is all my own, I can't really remember the other stuff but i can remember the plot very well I suck at writing reviews without giving too much away.

Well at the present time i am working on a book, but i do not think it will ever get accepted because it is a Forgotten Realms story that i made up. But i still want to finish it.
Right now I am staring at my story ideas and watching movies to try and force inspiration. sweatdrop

Yeah, midnite, you can post things here and still publish them later. No one here would think of stealing your work--we're too far backed up on our own ideas to even consider picking up someone else's biggrin Speaking of books, I'm posting because I've just finished DMO #4, the DMO compilation collection, and my first Artbook, Ars Moriendi! These are all on sale at Lulu.com, so please feel free to pick up a copy! Also, if any of you want to publish a story of your own, I do cover illustrations, PDF preparation, and publishing through lulu for you for as low as $100. Just PM me to ask about it.

Never published a book but I have helped in writing one. Even though it was a small kids book, taht I helped with back in the 5th grade, It was based off a true story. It was going to be published for our school's library, but our teacher never got around to it. I'm currently working on 2 stories that I would hope to be published novels someday, but I still need a lot of work.

I've written quite a bit. I've had some of my short stories and a poem (which I personally don't really like, but was submitted by accident and published) published in a couple of anthologies, and I've finished the rough draft of my first novel and am working on two others (a collaborative one and a personal one)
Ok. Names? Short Stories (only the ones that were published. It'd take too long to list ALL of them!)
-Curse of the Mummy, 2004, Published in Letter to the World Curse of the Mummy is a story about myself when I was younger going into an Ancient Egyptian exhibit, and a family friend playing a prank on me. I was sad about this one, though, because they randomly cut off my ending! >.<
-The Last Ranger, 2006, Published in Letter to the World This is a story about a horse, and his progress from being abused to loved. This one all most got cut because the editors thought it was too sad.
-Second Chance, 2005, Published in Letter to the World A story about a boy who wants to kill himself but is given a second chance. I don't really like this one anymore, but a friend really wanted me to submit it, and the editors liked it.
-Iceman, 2007, Published in The Valley Writers Anthology This is my favorite short story that I've written. I took all of the information I could find about the Iceman that was discovered in the Italian Alps and wrote how I think he died. This was actually 200 words over the word count, but the editors insisted that I didn't cut anything.
Novels:
-If I Die Before I Wake This is a sci-fi/ fantasy with the premise that when we dream our conciousness actually touches another dimension, and when we wake up our conciousness snaps back into our own body. However, Mike never woke up. So his best friend, Becky, has to go into the dimension to find and rescue him. But what she finds in that dimension threatens not only the safety of the dream dimension, but our own as well..... it gets a lot more complicated, but I think that's the best way to sum it up.
...If you can't tell, I kinda like to write.

The Legion of World Savers is my first novel and is available at Amazon.com and Createspace.com. The sequel is nearly ready but will not be released until next summer's convention season at the earliest. Writing is all I've ever wanted to do and I hope everyone who loves to write continues to work toward their dreams!

Writing is all I've ever wanted to do and I hope everyone who loves to write continues to work toward their dreams! I just looked it up. That's cool stuff having it published and out there. I'm just curious, but how does one go about getting Amazon to distribute their work? Did you have an agent that published it or have you done this all on your own?
