I just have Exalted Deeds and the 3.5 core books. My friend has lots though.
He has: All the completes including Psionics, Expanded Psionics Handbook, Vile Darkness, Unearthed Arcana, Heroes of Battle, All the class books (Like Masters of the Wild), Dungeon Master's Guide II, Player's Handbook II, Stormwrack, Savage Species......It think that's it.

I have PHB, DMG, and MM1 in 3.5 edition. MM1 through MM3 and the Fiend Folio in 3rd edition.
I know, I'm not much for collecting the books ... mostly 'cause I'm a poor starving college student.
