sweatdrop I need to clean mine... And actually do something with it... Right now it just ends up with rocks and shells that make me smile on it... o.O I think that getting a plant on it would be nice... And a nice touch for winter when my brain's frizzing out because of all the white.

Plant would be good. I have aloe.

So long as it gets plenty of light.

Mine is right by the only window in the room... And Miss Mor, that was actually teh plan I was thinking of. xD My gram has one that's getting too big for her pot, so I was going to ask her about getting some... Gives me another chance to try not to kill a plant. *Likes plants but has black thumbs*

my aloe plant is huge...& desperately needs a transplant...right now it's in the main room upstairs...but it's kept at 60 degrees up there so it's not fairing too well. but it is twice the size it was when i bought it! so i'm happy...like u i'm not very lucky with plants...

I am terrible with plants. If by the off chance they do survive then someone else in the house will end up killing it by accident.

You guys could try ivy or something like that. Hardy little bugger and you can use it in some rituals too smile

I started writing a response, but I felt it was a bit long. So what did I do? I made a thread of course. sweatdrop I just enjoy trying to help people with plants.

Hmm one thing I forgot. If you want a plant for your altar, but there isn't enough light, maybe you could let it live in the window most of the time and then move it when ever you need to (?). There is also the option of a grow light, but those things aren't exactly purdy.

Hmm if any of you guys lived closer, I'd give you a piece of one of my holiday cacti. I'm so proud of them. heart heart heart

Does anyone have any ideas for a fixative. I drew this awsome pentacle on a black slate (I think that's what it is) coaster I had. It's perfect!. White gel pen and pencil though.. so I'm sure it'll smudge or wear off soon. Anything to stop that? I only know of that spray stuff. But yea.. yuck

u could use decoupage adhesive stuffs.
