What? Alright, that's cool, if you're gonna take it there; Kenshin kills the hell out of Link by letting him use Nayru's Love until his Magic depletes completely. Then he lobs off Link's head. Or...if you don't like that; Nayru's Love is activated and Kenshin beats Link senseless with his blade until he's airborn and ripe for air combos. Then he drops Link repeatedly until his life or magic depletes. Problem #1: Kenshin won't figure out that he has to drop Link to hurt him. That idea won't spontaneously come to him. Problem #2: Knowing that the Zelda Universe is incorporated as well, destructables such as rocks, shrubs, grass etc. give Link power ups (hearts, magic, item refills etc.) And another scenario: Kenshin charges at Link full speed, Link waits until he is close enough, freezes time with Din's Fire and creates a giant fire ball around him with a 40 ft. radius. Kenshin runs into it and is burned to death.

Hm...I suppose in that respect, Link could simply stop time, sing a tune on his Ocarina, and warp so far into the future that Kenshin is already dead.
So Link beats Kenshin because of his Time Mastery.
I guess that's why they call him the Hero of Time.
Hm...I wonder if he could beat the Prince...

That's true, but I think Link would do that only as an absolute last resort if nothing else was effective.
As for him not using the Ocarina, I don't see him likely winning, but possibly tying because of Nayru's Love and power-ups. Link's best shot of winning in this scenario is surprising Kenshin with Din's Fire once he gets too close.

If we're taking Pride into account, I'd wager using time warping magic powers would be considered a last resort to one that uses arrows, bombs, and a shield and sword.
Mm...maybe an Ice Arrow, Long Shot strategy of some sort...
Still, I imagine Kenshin's nimble moves and Hiten Mitsurugi-Ryu technique may prove overwhelming for Link's very slow and blocky movements.
So...Trump cards show up on the table for sure.

One of Link's truph cards would be Light Arrows, ones that I'm pretty sure would toast Kenshin if he landed a hit. After all, they were the only weapon powerful enough to break through the defences of Ganon, the most powerful sorcerer and weaponist in the Zelda Universe.
And yes, Link is quite slow. That's why Nayru's Love, Din's Fire, the Hookshot, and his arrows are vital for him to have a chance of winning.

And it doesn't exactly matter if he can only use one Goddess ability at a time. When Din's Fire is on, Kenshin won't be within 40 feet of Link. When Nayru's Love is on, Kenshin won't be hurting Link.
