Yes, it was quite sad when he died. My fave side-character. (you know, he's not quite a main character but more than a minor character).
Altogether though, my fave parts of KHII were basically the whole of The World That Never Was. Except for the parts when Ansem the Wise kept on talking... and talking... and talking. He never shut up. Sure, he had important stuff to say for the plot, but he took three years to say it! I cried when Sora and Riku finally returned to Destiny Islands. Oh, and when Sora finds Riku again and falls to his knees. ::sniffle::
