Swimming - The one true physical activity that will get her off her a**, swimming - and being in the water generally - is the closest thing Nona has to a religion. She swims laps every morning and hits the beach as often as she can get away with it. She is spoiled, however: heated indoor pools or nice weather only, please.

Mice - Nona keeps fancy mice. This started in middle school from a wild freak that was of course catered to by her too-indulgent parents, but unlike nearly every other hobby she took up as a child, this one stuck. She has several very promising bloodlines that she has nurtured from her first handful of favorites, and is fairly reputable as a breeder of several fancy varieties across the region.

Just Trollin' - A lover of attention, Nona maintains an active social media presence and intentionally puts herself into situations where cameras are around. But her favorite means of gathering attention is to fire up the VPN, sock puppet up on a gossip forum, and start a harmless flame war or spread a silly rumor. Her favorite target is, of course, herself.

Virtues

Clever - Nona sailed through school without much effort and has an easy time picking up and using new information. She is not exactly highly educated - she discards information when she no longer requires it - but she skipped a grade in middle school and maintained easy A's for most of her academic career. She also picks up new skills readily, although asking for diligence is a little much - her unwillingness to apply and practice keeps her from achieving excellence.

Intrepid - Despite being willing to throw a tantrum over a bar not having her favorite drink or an influencer snubbing her in a TikTok about a new club opening, when it comes to genuine hardship and adversity, Nona responds with intrepidity. Her soft and spoiled life has not made her susceptible to despair when the going gets rough - to the contrary, it has made her come to treat real adversity, the kind that comes not as opposition to her desires but as a sudden stroke of misfortune, as a sort of harmless, exciting novelty. For a person who has never had to deal with much in the way of setback - and who believes herself immune to real ones - these situations are only temporary adventures and a chance to prove how clever and resourceful she is. While she might melt down at not being able to book a hotel room she wants (because she wanted it!) if her house were to burn down - well, she's wanted to remodel for a while anyway, right?


Flaws

Spoiled - Having led a blessed, swaddled life as the heiress to the Peril Office Electronics fortune, Nona expects to be handed anything she wants, when she wants it. She has also developed a somewhat myopic idea about her own qualifications to do - well, anything, really; if she wanted to be an A-list actress, she could; she could equally set out and become a celebrity chef despite not even knowing how to slice a head of lettuce. It's just that it's so much hassle. She responds poorly to the suggestion that she might actually not be good at everything, or even at very much, and even more poorly to the suggestion that she only thinks she ought to be because she's never had to prove herself at much of anything.

Shallow - Nona instinctively trusts those who are beautiful, especially if they are beautiful in the same way that she is, and will also extend them more grace and forgiveness than she will to the less aesthetically-favored. This goes double if they are also wealthy and well-dressed. She is thus easily swindled by a pretty face, and easily repelled by an honest person who just happens to be a little homely. This primarily applies to people her own age and around it - she generally considers anyone past the age of 35 to be an absolute crone in any case - but those who age particularly gracefully, or even those who were beautiful when they were younger, will automatically seem more trustworthy in her eyes.

PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION

Eyes: Golden-brown.

Hair: Stick-straight and a pale mint green that is almost white. Generally worn pulled tightly back or in finger waves.

Face: Long, and slightly horsey in an attractive way, with an elegant nose. She looks a bit like Telephone-era Lady Gaga, especially in profile. Has a pronounced beauty mark near her eye, and very thin and pale eyebrows. She considers the latter to make her look especially classic and refined, and sometimes plucks and bleaches them accordingly.

Skin Tone: Pale, but sometimes spray tanned.

Body Type: Extremely slender with very little muscle definition and little in the way of curves to speak of.

Clothes: Chic and fashionable at all times, generally informed by the latest trends, although she has a taste for maximalism that she knows is not elegant but clings to anyway.
