I know some of the conditions already have their own threads to post in but I have a mix of different ones so I thought I would list them here. So when I disappear for some days, or don't reply to a post straight away, now you'll have a better understanding as to why!

But I don't let the health issues get me down. I'm pushing back and trying to manage them the best I can. I'm planning to change my current medication when I transfer to a 1 bedroom unit in Brisbane, closer to hospital and family but for the meantime, I'm juggling the side effects of my current meds.

Anyway here they are: anxiety (born with), sometimes depression, Irritable Bowel Syndrome and food intolerances, chronic fatigue, Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, memory problems, possibly on Autism spectrum, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (mainly manifests as intrusive thoughts).

Yeah, it is hard at times. It stops me from being able to do some things. Thank you, Rosie. I do my best. cat_3nodding

Last night I made a mistake. I was trying to eat healthy because I hadn't had veggies in a while. So I ate a big serving of steamed broccoli and pumpkin with salted butter. But theeeen I was up every couple of hours all night going to the bathroom. It was a pain. I took an Imodium but it didn't really work until the vegetables thoroughly exited my system.

I had to take another Imodium around midday when I got up (overslept because tired after having to go so many times), and I was able to eat breakfast but it's still a bit touch n' go today. cat_xp Sometimes this happens.

Mind you, these tummy problems with things speeding through not properly digested are very recent. Only this year and last year they've gotten pretty outta control. I was gonna walk to the pool for a swim today but there's no way I can go till my tummy settles down so it's on tomorrow's to do list.
