If Summers was noted countryman of Nuke Fusion, Jay White, he would've have show the Magnum Opus not to go to the Spear well that often and ripped off a massive Slingblade. Alas Summers is not nearly the athlete he once was or White is and was BROKEN IN HALF by the Spear. He had been taking a toll on himself with the table spots and his bloated roid belly felt like it had compacted into its original shape.

SIZZLIN HOT's eyes widened on initial contact, almost bulging out of his head. He hit the mat hard and curled into a ball around Fusion's arm, feeling ready to hurl.

Summers was facing the repercussions of his blatant disregard for his aging body in this match. A lot of people didn't know Summers was on the juice to fortify himself for these stunts, not just keep up his body guy appearance in his older age. It was helping slightly, but going to a Foley body shape would have had a greater effect. Likely would have helped to make Fusion bounce back like ring ropes in the Spear. SIZZLIN' HOT was wallowing in self pity when he was covered for the first time in the match.

The crowd was ill watching their new fangled hero sitting flush in jaws of defeat. The silence was palpable which left the Main Event Marauder unable to feed off the energy of his people. Even as a babyface, SIZZLIN' HOT was foisted by his own petard. Believing he could beat someone without the shenanigans of Paul, Vaseline Man, the 'Hollywood Hitter' Jack James, and especially NSFW Legend, 'Tasty' Pepper Rivera. The referee slid down, to the mat, not eager to be out of a job again, but prepared to perform his duties.

This was it, Summers was done for. The lack of energy from the crowd was killing SIZZLIN' HOT and it showed by the look of defeat and boo hoo job face that he gave off. Suddenly, an apparition appears before him, it's EEW legend and former owner Cartwright, God rest his soul maybe. That's the only reason I could see him not being part.

"Why pip pip cheerio old chap! Do a little business for my good mate and countryman Nuke Fusion. If you do, I'll give you preferential treatment in regards to tag team championships. I can make up for keeping you on Speed for so long and never giving you anything more than lower card fodder to work with!"

THR-!

SIZZLIN' HOT shot his shoulder up at the last second after hearing Cartwright's empty promises. The fans erupt as their hero not only denied the apparition but kept his chance in the match. The Main Event Marauder lived to see another day but would another accidental motivational speech be enough to save him?

Summers was as surprised as Nuke at his ability to stay in the match. This was the most effort he's had to put into a match in over a decade and Summers wasn't prepared to give up. The heat seeking magnet that is Cartwright, the person, got the Main Event Marauder SIZZLIN' HOT so nothing was stopping him either, not even Fusion's old white man breathe. You know what I'm talking about.

"Noooooo you sorry son of a b***h. I done went and called dibs. HUH?! Old slop goblin. HUH?! Fusion of my foot and your a**. HUH?!"

SIZZLIN' HOT was HUHing with tremendous force from his back. The crowd getting into each HUH more than the one before it. Summers's fighting spirit was working overtime as he was spitting some straight facts, b. And if there's one thing Fusion needed to learn, it's that facts don't care about his feelings.

Summers ate the headbutt and all the abuse he had taken in the match came gushing out of the broken skin along his forehead. Sympathy juice this late? Had to after all the offense he got in. Fusion was perched in the predator stalking his prey as Summers slowly made his way to his feet while being sure to wipe the blood from his eyes. He turned around and the Magnum Opus had a full head of steam charging towards the Main Event Marauder.

Summers, while a little dazed and very confused, recognized that Fusion leaving him alone this long had led to the Spear twice. Nuke was going to go to the well one too many times. SIZZLIN' HOT made a tremendous jump that saw him landing right as Fusion was crossing underneath. The Main Event Marauder kept his legs bent as he came down hoping his force would push Nuke's arms up to hook as he feel. That's right, Summers hoped to counter the Spear with the second most devastating move in G-Fed history, the Pedigree!

The crowd erupts in a massive pop for the Pedigree. It hadn't been done in so long and SIZZLIN' HOT pulled it out of his a** with style! Eyes widen as opportunity had struck once and hopefully for all. The crowd stands up cheering and clapping, many HUHs are heard. Summers would slap the mat a couple of times as a thank you to the wrestling gods for letting him pull that off first try. Botchamania was not on the menu for this main event.

The Main Event Marauder would dig his head into the side of Fusion and use the leverage he'd get to try and roll Nuke over. If he doesn't get stopped, he'd hook the leg and with every bit of remaining strength he had to try and get the pinfall win.

The crowd screams as the porcelain shattering told them that they were truly witnessing SIZZLIN' HOT Brantley Summers winning the EEW Championship. The belt that Mike Landry pried away and took into the abyss. The belt that Cartwright made his mission to never let Summers compete for. The boyhood dream had come true. Since 2008, when Summers was holed up in Speed being told he wasn't main roster ready. Since 2008, when the hottest angles and craziest cards this side of the WWE:U and WWE:TF conglomerate were happening in EEW. The hotshot place for a three year stretch. He always wanted to be on top. Summers could hear the smooth rhymes of Tavaris in his bones. Since 2011, when Glacier Kadamas took over and jobbed Summers out to the likes of Jed and King. Maybe he did see something in him. Just like the fans who came back for this special two night event and stuck through the very end to see the Main Event Marauder overcome the biggest monkey on his back. The stigma.

The crowd begins to throw streamers into the ring over the bodies of the two warriors after their journey through hell, some of which stick to the blood Summers was still leaking. Breathing heavily and in shock, Summers gave Nuke the iggy to tell him thank you as he rolled off to the side and tried to get his wobbly legs underneath him. The referee grabbed the EEW World Championship from the time keeper and presented it to the limping, bruised, and bleeding SIZZLIN' HOT. Wiping his face to cover up any possible appearance of tears, the new champion would grab the belt with both hands as the referee grabbed Summers's wrist. The ring announcer started to do his job when Summers motioned him to bring the microphone to his mouth as the music died down.

"Your winner by pinfall... AYUND NEEEEEEEEEWWW... AYUND FINAL EE-EE-DUBYA WORLD'S HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPEEEEN OF THE WOOOOOORLD...

SIZZLIN' HOT BRANTLEEEEEY SUUUUUUMMMMMMERS!"

As the last note hits, SIZZLIN' HOT flung his arms and belt up almost knocking himself over and having to be caught by the official. He staggered back to the middle of the ring as the crowd chanted his name and spoke about hitting Club McRauder after the show for some inexpensive and high end eats from a kiosk. Finding his way back to the microphone Summers bellowed out, "Now play the music," as he hobbled his way out of the ring towards backstage, still fearful that whichever competitor won the EEW|EWA FTW Championship the night before might run in on him. However, the Main Event Marauder's one night only face schtick was over once he left so he had plans. Knowing he'd never soak this kind of affection in again, SIZZLIN' HOT took a deep breathe at the top of the stage and waved as the crowd chanted and he made his exit to go lead the Marauders.
