The scene from the intro to the first episode of Northern States Federation Wrestling switched to Chrono Clepsydra, now at his desk in his office.
There were pictures on the walls of various matches he had, pictures with celebrities, but there was one on his desk.

The photo looked old, but it was of a young man, closely resembling Chrono looking dejected in an empty ring, the apron had the Norther States Federation Wrestling logo on it.

Looking at the photo, Chrono sighed and put it back on the desk.
Noticing the camera, " Ah, you caught me reminiscing. You might've guessed...
Why I appeared for the intro for the first episode of Northern States Federation Wrestling...
It was a place I loved, I place I trained at, and honed my craft. A place where I met well, Yukari.
However, I also competed in Northern States Federation Wrestling... On their last show, I got my first big break.
And don't get me wrong, I knew it was the last show.
We all knew it was the last show, the company was barely scraping by when Mr. Newcaster died.
The thing about big breaks, however, is sometimes it's more of a set back.
Mr. Newcaster gave two rookies a chance, let us train, let us learn.
But he passed, and there was a rift... Perhaps that's why... Well, you'll see... "

Putting a tape in the VCR, the screen transitioned to what was on the TV.


Jim Furry: Ladies and Gentlemen, James Furry here, and it's my first-night commentating, and yes... Sadly this is the last episode of NSFW, we hope you enjoy yourself, but don't fret, you'll see your favorite stars soon

Kristopher Joggins: That's right Jim, and man I just hate you never got to call some of the earlier shows with me, but hey hope we'll work together soon.

Jim Furry: Much respect sir! But let's get to the action. Our featured opening match is a match between the late great Geoffery Newcaster's last students...

Joggins: That's right Jim, a couple of upstart prodigies that are getting their big break

"Making his way to the ring, standing at 6'8', He is the Behemoth... Chrono Clepsydra"

plays, as a young man with raven black hair makes his way down to the ring, stopping at ringside, he leans over the barricade and gives a young woman a kiss.

Furry: " Perhaps a kiss of good luck from his girlfriend?"
Joggins: Funny story, they met in training school



Getting into the ring, Chrono stretched awaiting his opponent.


" And his opponent... The Dragon... Jarel Damone!!"

... and waited...
...and waited...
" And his opponent... The Dragon... Jarel Damone!!"


Looking around, Chrono looked confused, the commentators had no idea either.
Until the tron showed a live video of presumably Jarel Damone wrestling elsewhere in another promotion.


A young child in the crowd who appeared to be of Cuban descent was hopping gleefully up and down, a poster with Jarel's picture on it.
Noticing this, Chrono slid out of the ring, took the poster with Jarel's face on it, and ripped it up into shreds.
" Looks like your hero is a no-show when you needed him the most..."

Furry: I can understand why Chrono's upset, but to take it out on a fan? A young one at that?
Joggins: Maybe Chrono sees it as an act of betrayal, they were after all the last students of Mr. Newcaster.


the video paused, and the camera zoomed back to Chrono sitting in his chair.

" And so my first match, I won... Because someone I trained with, decided to sign elsewhere instead of honoring the man that gave us a chance.
But look, Jarel and I have crossed paths many, many times over the years.
Never once had we fought, close...
Very similar paths, very similar careers, and similar foes
However, that big question remained, that lurking feeling. What if?
What if Jarel didn't leave? What if we fought... It would be a Timeless Classic... But then again... "


Chrono smirked, nodding his head
" I know 'all' about Timeless things... "

The TV screen switched to black and white, showing footage of the last NSFWrestling episode.
