With her box of caster gun parts under her left arm, and the Slime form of her friend sitting atop her right shoulder, Eliza would enter the inn room one last time before exiting into the hallway, giving Yuuki their signature knuckle bump before she walked down the stairs. She'd look over to the desk, noting there was no attendant there, and just sat her room key in the locked return box, sliding it through the slot in the top of it. She'd then walk over and reach for the knob on the exit door, turning the knob, and taking a deep breath before opening it to reveal the morning sun shining harshly over their desert village. Despite this, a bright smile lit up Eliza's face as she walked towards the Airship Platform. It was early enough in the day that she could still get the two of them passage.
Eliza pointed ahead as the crowes thinned out, with one airship sitting on the landing pad. "There's our transportation." She wouldn't, however, say anything about how it moved. It was a landlocked landing pad. No trolleys, no ways of getting it to the water in any way, shape, or form. The young Al Bhed would walk up to the loading ramp and wave to the teller as she walked up. Another Al Bhed perk, she and one guest had free passage once a week. Despite that, they wouldn't be coming back to Bikanel Island, at least not any time soon. The ramp led into an incredibly technologically advanced ship, with slick metal and lights on the walls. Eliza had of course been on board one of these airships before, but her gaze would shift down to the little Slime on her shoulder, the curious girl wanting to see his reaction.
