ABDL rp plot ideas I have roughly drafted so far:

Littles can be actual children or teen characters OR they can be adults who act and are treated like babies. Either because they want to, or against their will.

1. Orphanage RP - A good, old fashioned Gaia Orphanage rp, where kids come from all different backgrounds to live at the new Home due to losing their entire family or having no one to live with. Kids and adults need to get to know each other, have some life goals or events planned out, customise their room and find their place at the home, and eventually, see if they can live life together as a happy family. Caretakers can also come in and adopt a child character and take them 'home' to a new rp thread, which they can play their lives in. They can come back to visit the orphanage with the adopted kid anytime though. The only difference about this orphanage is that it is magical, regressing the kids back into babies so they can have a fresh start and better life. Or we can make up a different reason to baby the littles.

2. Rugrats Daycare - An rp where we use OCs inspired by the cartoon Rugrats and we rp them in a daycare setting. Each rp session focuses on or uses a plot from a Rugrats episode. But we explore said plot with our own caretakers and Littles. We can explore one episode or multiple. But we must finish one episode plot before starting another.

3. Kitten Daycare – a daycare for anthro cat furries and nekos, collar system used, maybe trained to be pets for other races who are the ‘masters or owners’. Perhaps they are mages or witches and the kittens are their familiars.If a kitten is too rebellious or ‘feral’ they will be reduced to a baby mentally and/or physically again and have to repeat the training in daycare (well, it is similar to a daycare but it is actually running 24/7 and is pretty much their home until they graduate). Kittens have different elemental (?) powers, which are displayed by what colour collars they wear, and the charms on their collars show how strong they are? Maybe even a digital display of numbers showing energy like on Dragon Ball Z, or a stone that glows when powers are active. Kittens can come in all sorts of colours and styles, from more realistic cat colours, to sparkles and rainbows, star patterns in their fur, cutie marks on hip, belly and so on…Kittens can be ANY kind of feline species; domesticated breeds, lion, ocelot, leopard, jaguar, cheetah, or even made up feline species. (Alternative to kitten daycare is furry daycare, accepting all anthro littles. Perhaps people were sucked into another world where everyone is furries and they were all turned into little furries. Their parents drop them there every day)

4. Interdimensional Anime Daycare - people from different anime come there, made into toddlers or babies by some kind of power. Maybe their years or life time had been sucked from them, leaving them having to start all over again. But they get to mostly keep their adult minds, but in a babyish way, just like Rugrats. For example, Edward Elric, brought to the interdimensional daycare by his brother Alphonse after an alchemy went wrong and he was turned into a toddler, Ginko from Mushi-Shi after a mushi stole years off his life, InuYasha, who saved the world but got turned into a baby and since Kagome already has her hands full looking after their kids, she sends her babified husband to daycare, Usagi from Sailor Moon after she was turned baby by an enemy’s spells (or even all the Sailor Moon characters), Disney Princesses turned into babies and their husbands take them to daycare, perhaps even work as their carers, things like that. Only exceptions are I won't play characters I know nothing about or series I've never watched.

5. Animal Crossing town - An Animal Crossing New Leaf or AC New Horizons town where the mayor’s chosen ones baby the others, it’s a town that they can come to relax in. A place specially for Littles and Carers to enjoy. They can do what usually happens in game, like collecting bugs and fish, crafting and so on. But they can also do things you can't do in the game, just using your imagination. Like washing their clothes in the stream, or swimming in it, or playing tag outside...anything. Maybe it’s a town where the animals have decided the humans are pets or vice versa.

6. Upgraded Chobits - Based on the Chobits anime by CLAMP. When Chii releases a new upgrade program to all Persocoms at the end of the anime, it makes them all much more human, using bio-organic technology to give them all the body functions a human can do, but with less drawbacks. And perhaps some people want to baby their persocoms and Chobits, or there was a virus in the program that regressed all the persocoms and chobits into a baby state, so they would become real children for people to raise. Maybe chobits and persocoms don’t physically age, are always beautiful, etc. But they can get sick from computer viruses and such. Maybe there was a virus or computer program that has been written to control the persocoms, turning them into an army that can be used by a cult who want to control the world, and the only way to make the chobits not dangerous and murderous is to reprogram them to be adult babies.

7. Chibi Devi RP - based off the anime Chibi Devi, where demons send their baby devils down to 14 year old girls to parent and raise, to keep them safe from dangers in the demon realm until they are strong and powerful enough to live there. I want to read the manga too, so I don't really know much outside the anime because it ended abruptly without answering any questions from the manga original story.

8. Christmas RP - The North Pole Dimension/Christmas World (baby elves, who are the best to make toys because they think like babies) Or babied BY elves who are overseen by Mr and Mrs Claus. Think of the Xmas room on Creatures with the flame fruits and such. Maybe adults get turned into toddlers or babies when they enter the Christmas dimension OR maybe they get turned into Santa’s elves. Coin toss or dice rolls for some things (holiday elements or events or prompts). Gift giving, giving presents to people’s characters for the players to use. It gives them some ability or access to new areas or things. Maybe kids who die go to Santa and become his elves. Maybe they are given to people who want to adopt babies. Cards that determine how naughty or nice you are? A naughty or nice list? And what happens when you get so many points in either column? Maybe the evil Santa from German folklore - Krampus. Maybe they get turned into monsters. Presents that suit their character when they reach a certain amount of points sounds good. Hidden object game inspiration - characters get a reward item from doing mini tasks that can be used later for something else in the rp. For instance, giving all the clothes to the snowman and he gives you a helpful hint or a key to the next area or something. Nothing too complex. Maybe it could come down to characters picking a side. If Krampus wins, Christmas is ruined. So the good Santa and his baby helpers have to win. Turn enemies into babies.

9. Fairies - you’ve been turned into a fairy. Fairies live in a separate realm that’s hidden from humans, the doorways to it being tiny doors hidden in forests, mossy hillocks, and other hidden places. But giants live in the world and they love to capture and baby the fairies like dolls. You get captured by a giant family and given your own nursery and babied but you always try to escape. You manage to get out of their house and fly into a tall tree to hide, and then you have to try to survive in the giant world out there, finding a hollow in a tree to block off to spend the night in and looking for other fairies - trying to find the way to their hidden world. But you only managed to lead the giants to it and they raid the pocket of the fairy dimension you found. And now the other fairies are their babies too. You all want to escape and be free.

10. FNAF Security Breach rp - the animatronics as furries or android furs that take care of the humans like they are babies. Maybe some of the furs would be littles instead. Make OC animatronics to be carers and OC characters to be littles.

Plot: Maybe Littles are common in this world so no one minds them being seen in public or put in with other kids. The place was shut down but after the evil guy was destroyed by the animatronics, they turned back into good people and now they take in orphans and homeless people and baby them as part of their new family.

With ABDL daycares, learning still happens but the focus is more upon helping the littles have a fun and relaxing time, like being on holiday, and making happy memories and authentic baby experiences. Taking away from the stresses of their everyday lives. Caring for them while their Bigs aren't home.

Little Angels Daycare: this could train baby angels in their angelic duties

Little Devils Daycare: a place for the bad people such as criminals and villains to be regressed into babies and re-trained to hopefully change their ways, also a punishment for their crimes

Blooming Kids Nursery: where the babies are different types of fairies, made into baby fairies by magic and transported to the fairy realm once their training is complete

Prompt Daycare: Where each RP session focuses on a prompt (could be a single word or a sentence) For example, the word ‘Teething’ and how it comes into play for the littles, ‘learning how to share’ or ‘sharing’, movement (walk or crawl), favourite object, obsession, new fear, a phase, sickness,

Regression Daycare: Where regression happens through the course of the daycare, with the characters starting big and being reduced to littles through rp.

Babyfur Adoption: Babyfurs put on their cutest performances hoping to be adopted by a Mommy or Daddy furry.
Bratty Babyfurs: Bratty Babyfurs getting their just rewards from dominant Mommy or Daddy furries
Regression Therapy: Furries who need the best treatment "money" can buy to cure them of all their sinful adult problems.
