Mazikeen Smith I'm 29, and have a new little 8 month old girl. Been on gaia since '06 myself smile
Having fun getting to know my little human and enjoying seeing life again from a different perspective. I also have to cats that are having to adjust to a new situation haha. Aw, cute ^_^ babies are so fun when they're learning so much within that first year! Pets and adjusting to kids can be a big step or jealousy factor for them >_< hope the cats adjust, too xd

I've been married for 14 years and together we have two kids, age 12 and 7. cool, i've been collecting plants for a few years now! it's become a hobby i didn't know existed. smile im a big horror movie lover too, but i think i'm weird i don't like the typical jump scare horrors, im more into the psychological thrillers.

Haha! Same thing happened to me! I think there's something really satisfying about taking care of something and watching it flourish. Totally agree! I prefer a psychological thriller too, I do Shocktober (where you watch 1 horror or Halloween-themed movie every night of October) and jumpscares become predictable and formulaic so quickly. By day 10 I'm just immune!

I'm digital iiroko, a 31-year-old. Behind the avatar, I am a mother to four beautiful minions. Their ages are of the following: 2, 5, 7, and 11. One I was blessed with from my significant other. We have one priss pot and three gentlemen.
I'm currently a part-time waitress at a local restaurant while my littles are going through school. The job isn't much but it does work around my schedules if need be with my children.

I'm an artist (I mean to post my art at some point) and I also work in a hospital. Although right now, the hospital is getting pretty hard on me so I've been looking for a different job. I've been extra lazy about things because I just get over tired and the hospital hasn't been good for my own health. I've been looking into working with computers or from home, or even if I can do anything with my art. So if anyone has advice let me know!
Otherwise, my hubby and I are both pretty big gamers and into fixing up our house. We have a lot of work to do!

I remember putting customers on hold just so I wouldn't gag in their ears and could get a hard candy out of my bag or something. It was terrible. My husband was working for us and I'm grateful for that, but at this point, we're both thinking of work we can do from home, too, to spend more time with our kids. Awesome! Seems like there's plenty of gaming mama's here to chat to! heart

But my coworkers call in all the time, so I either come in on my days off or I have their work put on me on top of my own work so it's just a lot. To the point, I actually passed out and hit my head twice a few weeks ago at work. I'm pretty sure it's due to all the stress my co workers put me under. They just give me such a hard time. It would be great to quit but I'm the one with the insurance, and working in a hospital is all completely covered and I'll already have the time off for maternity leave so I think I'm just stuck until then. :c My hubby and I are currently playing the diamond and pearl remakes. smile

I bet it's awesome to not have morning sickness! It seems that with both of my kids, I hit the morning sickness when I'm 6-8 weeks every time, but thankfully by the second trimester it's completely over and I'm feeling my best.
That sounds rough and busy! I have heard from those in the medical field how busy things have been and gotten and it's a madhouse, pretty much.
I hope you'll be able to find a better work situation soon. It is hard to quit a job when you know you have the benefits to take care of yourself and everything. Labor and delivery isn't cheap! Be safe, though!
How is the new Pearl and Diamond? I remember playing Diamond back on the DS Lite.
