The twins would look at the lady and speak together. "We aren't partnered."

As they answered together, Emily couldn't help but bust out laughing. She moved to the side to laugh at the wall in a corner, hunched over.

Evan sighed at his sisters reaction. The madness had left the area, and he looked between everyone. Emily would require another round of working with her brother to calm herself. But she wasn't too far gone. Just a giggle box. To focus on what does matter however... "... With respect to them, they are a librarian, I say they were only in the wrong place at a very unease time. The two of us have yet to find a partner, and so we can wield each other one at a time. It's why we were on the outskirts and not deep in the fay." He came over to her again. Looking back to the man. "Lets get out of here..." Then back to the woman. "You, ma'am, need a doctor..."

He'd then look back to the librarian. "Please, also, see someone for any side effects of being exposed to madness. I take you can walk on your own?" He was already offering his aid to the female, but if he needed to carry them both he'd find a way.

Evan's attempting to assist Lila, willing to just simply carry her fully if needed. He's offered the same to Fannir, but is sure he doesn't need it.

▇▇▇═─═════════════════════════════─═▇▇▇

The background conversation soon goes pitch silent replacing it with a long drawn out beeping ring that was enough to drain a sane person their sanity under seconds. If he doesn't come up with a plan quick then his mission is over. As the witch mentality prepare for the worse, his heartbeat changes it's pumps to a more slow state before returning to its regular beat, soothing sounds of bells hit his mind tending to the madness within his body. Taking slow breathes in and out slightly leaning against the wall, finally regaining his sense again only to caught glimpse of what's happening outside, catching an image of a man plastered on the moon until it faded away showcasing the celestial facial rock. A clear, cough was heard from the latter turning around to the trio, now back to normal and less stressed out. And to explain more, I'm a rather solo fighter at best; no partner for me. However you should head for the hospital as soon as possible. As for me, I'll be fine now.. I'm more concern about the event that happen. I don't know what happen today... at this time, I'm sure Lord Death is getting an ear-full about this mess.. Eyes trailing down upon the woman's hand for a brief seconds, making his approach and before she could answer; she would feel a cold compress against the wound making small rubbing motion, grabbing her other free hand in replacing his own after pulling away. Hold this against the wound, it should slow down the bleeding for a bit. Again he mentioned, turning his back from them as he walks towards the window, looking back with a smile. Fill free to visit me at the library sometime. Snacks and tea are on me for you three. OH...and apologize for making you two crash. When the announcement happen, I was ambushed by a crowd out of the blue so, I used my ice to freeze ground, I may have gone overboard with it.. heh; it's a strange habit of me under unexpected moments, I would accidently go overboard. From that, he jumps out landing perfectly on the stone pavement waving them goodbye and walks away.

By a good distance and in an empty alleyway, Fannar's soft expression change into a distasted, sour filled tone; bright eyes turn empty earning a scowl in the mix. Was he more upset about the incident? About approaching those kids? Either way, he was not happy. That idiot almost cost him exposer in front of the students; the only option if such was to eliminate them quietly... thankfully it wasn't the case. Blankly staring up into the sky, fingers snapping as a strong pressure pulsate upon turning off his Soul Protect and returning back to his witch form. Finally, returning to the remaining group; god knows where Apotheosis ran off too. We should report back. We're done here He answered coldly, not waiting for an answer as his back was turn entering into the darken portal.

{ Exit }

▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
Meister | Level 1 | ☆ | Spirit: 50/100

The gung-ho rookie had managed to get herself tangled up in a pretty bad situation. Madness afflicted civilians had her surrounded and they were slowly moving in to overwhelm Kat. She could make take one or two of them on at a time but if they all decided to swarm her at once she was in trouble. Even with her new skills that weaponised her soul wavelength she had nothing in her arsenal to take out a whole crowd of people, not without a weapon to channel it through at least. ”Sranje!” She cursed under her breath in her mother tongue. Even though she was comfortable with English it was still common for her to slip back into her original language when things began to heat up. She made a mental note to kick her partner’s a** if she survived, he was probably off in dreamland while she was about to be in a world of hurt.

"I'M HERE KAT!!"

As if on cue her saviour in pajamas arrived. Jacob may have been lazy but he was pretty handy in a fight, not that Kat would be caught dead saying that out loud. Barely had his voice even registered when he began to clear out the area, attacking and transforming in the same swift motion. Kat pulled herself together just in time to step off of person that Jacob had decided to finish. The figure was blasted violently into the air in a display that distracted Kat from her partner’s arrival.

‘PLEASE CATCH ME!!' The words echoed into her mind through the link the partners were beginning to form. She hated the intrusion to her mind and contemplated ignoring the plea, letting Jacob hit the floor. However, she would never treat a gun that poorly, even if that gun was a rather annoying person. Turning to see where Jacob was Kat quickly clocked his trajectory and moved to catch him as he came plummeting back to earth.
”Took you long enough” She chastised her partner, although she had a smile while she did it. The familiar weight of a gun in her hands put the ex militia fighter at ease. Jacob had chosen the perfect form, a shotgun was exactly what she needed right now.

Kat never got the chance to go on the offensive, she was running through her options when a calm came over the crowd, something seemed to free them from the grips of madness, she too felt its tendrils retreating from the back of her mind. One of the other Meisters must have been a cleric and put their skills to use. It seemed the moon didn’t take to kindly to its rampage being interrupted as it suddenly sent a storm of meteors raining down on city hall. Kat knew she couldn’t save the civilians, there were too many of them and too many meteors, plus she had one headed straight for her that she would have to worry about. The Meister raised her weapon towards the heavens, aiming for the meteor hurtling towards her and pulled the trigger. As she fired she sent her own soul wavelength down the barrel to charge the round being fired out, hoping the combination of her soul and her partners was enough to stop the meteor. However, the rookie Meister and her weapon had not mastered soul resonance yet and instead of their soul energy combining it clashed violently as her own energy tried to dominate Jacob’s. Kat still saw her parent as a tool, a weapon and she always treated him as such. Always trying to dominate him like her soul energy now did to his.

The shot hit the meteor with about as much effect as a normal bullet would have. As the meteor closed in on them Kat cursed once again, knowing how powerless she was to stop it. All she could do was Hunker down and hope her soul armour could take the impact, although the terrifying madness energy that radiated from the object made her seriously doubt it could. Kat turned her back on the meteor and tried to shield Jacob as much as she could. The meteor hit like a freight train and drove Kat into the ground with an explosive impact. Jacob went flying from her arms to crash into the ground some meters away. The explosion dissipated leaving only a smoking crater where Kat had been moments ago.

While it was unclear if Kat was still alive there would be little time to dwell on it. Another wave of madness hit, unleashed by the rogue Meister. Whether it was their faint link still active, a sign Kat survived or simply the fresh wave of madness playing tricks on him, Jacob’s mind would be flooded with images of Kat’s old life. It was like a slideshow of all her worst moments, comrades dying in combat, her being forced to kill friends and neighbours who had been driven mad and perhaps most terrifying of all a feeling that she enjoyed it. The feeling of madness creeping into Kat’s mind and nesting deep in her subconscious.

The smoke eventually cleared, revealing Kat’s defeated form in the crater. She was still breathing but the damage she had taken from the impact was immense and probably would have killed her were it not for the soul armour she had conjured. She showed no signs of waking and her breath was laboured, pained in such a way that it was like every single one could be her last.

⇨ Aggressive Shock | Scaled Level (2) | Tier 1 | Spirit
This shock is designed to hurt. On top of doing damage appropriate to its level, this kind of shock tends to disorient the opponent and frequently leaves them seeing double. The opponent's next attack misses if they've gathered less souls than their opponent.
↯ Riptide ↯
The Meister can inflict their wavelength attack through contact with a weapon - their own or an opponent's. If used on an opponent's weapon, it shocks the weapon and anyone else in contact with the weapon (i.e., its wielder) without dividing the strength of the attack between the opponents.

Soul Armour broken by impact.

Werewolf | Level 1 | ☆ | Mana: 40/100

The wolfman had played with his food enough and was ready to pounce when the tasty little morsal managed to pull himself to his feet and splutter out some words. The witch urged Fenrir to snap out of his state. However, it was more than just words, there was magic behind them. The calming regenerative magic washed over the beast and while it didn’t completely free him from the grip of madness it lifted the fog enough for him to atleast regain control. The look of mad hunger across the werewolf’s features softened, turning into that of confusion as he looked around. ”Ah hell…” Came his words as he realised what had happened. The fear on the witch’s face, his wounds and the blood dripping from Fenrir’s claws, it all added up to a conclusion he didn’t like.

”Sorry kid… I don’t know what came over me…” He muttered an apology as he answered the inquiry about his state of mind. The witch then drew his attention to the meteors raining from the sky and it made it known he was of no use in a fight. Another witch spoke up, chastising him about the attack and also urging him to do something about the meteors. The proud werewolf felt shame wash over him. He prided himself on his control of his bestial urges and he was free from the pull of magic that drove witches to do such things. Yet here he was, the great Fenrir driven into a frenzy by a little madness storm. Unthinkable! He had to redeem himself! Luckily the opportunity had presented itself.

”Get behind me kid, I’ll handle this.” He spoke confidently as he urged the injured witch to take cover. The other witch that had lectured him took off on the offensive before he could respond so he didn’t have to worry about her. That just meant he had to focus on the meteors coming his way. Taking a step forward he raised his other foot and stomped it into the ground, his supernatural strength cracking the masonry and sending chunks flying. Bringing his hands up around one of those chunks of masonry the wolfman began to channel magic into it. The surrounding air quickly became deathly chilled and ice began to form around the chunk of stone. The ice grew into a massive sphere in an instant. Before it could crash back to the ground Fenrir struck the ball of ice with a snap kick, sending it hurtling towards the oncoming meteor. The two speeding objects collided in an explosion that sent small chunks of ice and rock raining down upon the square. Fenrir stood proudly surveying his work and secretly hoping that was the end of it. He didn’t let it show but channeling ice magic of that magnitude had taken a lot out of him and it would be a while before he could do it again. If there were any more meteors he would be in serious trouble.

The most immediate threat for now was the madness storm that was tearing apart their surroundings. The maddening effect of the storm no longer had a strong grip on Fenrir’s mind so he could now see just how dire the situation was. The physical force of that storm would decimate the area before long and anyone in it as well. The old wolf, as strong as he liked to think himself did not possess the power to combat such force. He cursed his weakness, he was supposed to be the bringer of Ragnarok and yet it seemed Ragnarok had come to claim him. The truth was he hadn’t been that wolf for a long time, old defeats had layed the proud beast low and he had never truly recovered. He had been content wandering the earth, adventuring, experiencing life. All that had really been was weakness, he was little more than attack dog for the Grand Coven and as this botched invasion had shown, not a very good one. He promised himself he would change that, if he could survive.

Fenrir was preparing himself to swallow the bitter pill of retreat, to accept the cowardice so he could fight another day when someone else stepped up to face the storm. It was a younger witch, Apotheosis as he liked to call himself. Fenrir knew of most of the major players in the Grand Coven and never really considered the boy one of them, though he did like his spirit. He wondered what the boy sorcerer could possibly hope to achieve against such power. To his utter amazement Apotheosis managed to conjure a spell that destroyed the madness storm. He would have to keep a close eye on the boy, it seemed he was destined for greatness. Although he quickly reconsidered that thought when Apotheosis was soundly defeated by a gust of wind and got caught in his own cape. Instead, he resolved that he would surpass the boy, quietly declaring a friendly rivalry.

It was only now that the storm was gone that he fully took stock of the situation. The fight against madness was over, many were wounded or dead and despite the people of death city coming off worse for wear their Meisters still stood strong and in no time would turn their attention to the witches. As much as Fenrir would have loved to add such a battle to his saga he knew it would spell the end of his tale.
”I think this party has come to an end, time to leave before we get blamed for the mess!” He declared loudly as he scooped up the witch he had wounded and leapt through the portal.

☾ Ice Shackle Bullet | Level 2 | Tier 1 | Mana
The user encases a ball-shaped object in ice, creating a large and dense sphere of it. Because of Ice Sphere's enormous size, it can be used to effectively smash and crush enemies, causing a great deal of damage. The Witch then kicks the ice sphere toward the target to crush an enemy. The ice sphere is thirty feet tall and five hundred pounds allowing it to easily crush opponents.
↯ Ice Age ↯
The freezing temperature makes one technique one level higher up to level five. This perk has a five post cooldown.

With the Meteors being dealt with, the storm of madness subsiding, and seemingly the end of whatever just happened Li's form shifted again. The weapon in Kasumi's hand becoming engulfed in light which would plant itself on the ground nearby the meister. Eyes drawn to the moon for a moment, just long enough to watch as it contorted into both a recognizable but also not recognizable face. Li wasn't sure that boded well for them, but it seemed the moon turned back to normal soon after. That was...good? A sigh of relief as he would turn his attention once more to Kasumi. A smile on his face and before he could even say anything she mentioned the offer she had made before. Li...had honestly forgotten about it in the chaos of the fighting. Although not soon after she seemed to...flip away from him, enacting a display of martial arts before stopping once more in her combative stance but in front of him. Another introduction, a brief moment where she talked about herself and her family. Continuing into talking about their souls, resonating and speaking of more things along those line.

Then before he could even say anything, she rushed off collecting Kishin Eggs and then offering them to him as if they were a gift. Li somewhat nervously rubbed the back of his head. Honestly, the best way he could describe her was Passionate, but part of him felt like even that wasn't the right word to describe her. Like it was an understatement of sorts. Grabbing some of the Kishin Eggs from her so she wouldn't be holding them and eating them as a normal weapon would he would afterwards speak to the girl. "Miss Fujisawa, I have no issues with being your partner. It is true that out souls resonate quite well and that is very important in a weapon and meister partnership." He said to her with a warm smile on his face. "But, I think you should calm down a bit. Souls resonating perfectly is common, and forever is a long time. For all either of us knows we could both find better partners eventually. It's very nice that you felt something special though. As I said, I shall be your partner. I hope we can make some great memories together." Li continued on, but then after he was done addressing that he would point off in the direction of the other Meister and Weapon pair who had assisted them in the chaos. "We should probably go thank them. Then report to Lord Death. I'm sure he was watching but he might have some insight into what that face on the moon was a little bit ago." Smile never leaving his face, as he would begin to head towards Enmei and Sarah, the two that helped him and Kasumi.

They had been fairly late to the get together and seemed to be arriving just as the clean up had been made. His grip on Joan's handle remained form while the red haired meister rounded the corner. He continued to charge forward right in front of the maddened man in front of him while swinging his claymore. "Hmph!" After swinging upwards while infusing some of his wavelength into the slice, the man would be cut in two, falling to the ground while the Kishin egg was released. His cradled it in one hand while exhaling, his eyes scanning to the others. Death City was a bit worse for wear, but nothing too extreme. They would rebuild eventually. "Hm. Looks like we missed the fun." Rhett said, frowning to himself. He looked at Joan again and would twirl the sword around, bringing it to rest on his back. "I guess we're heading back to the school to tell Lord Death. I was hoping to finish our meal." he gave a short pout but would turn heel and follow the other DWMA students with Joan close by.

I hardly think that effort such as our enemy’s will be all for-” Just as the two were to round the corner, the sky would glow once more as the hysteria around them increased. Evelyn herself felt on edge and looked behind her to see the other two drunkards going back to fighting one another. She groaned in annoyance and would stomp her feet down. "WE JUST FIXED THEM, a*****e!" she yelled meaninglessly at the sky before sighing to herself. She pinched the bridge of her nose in annoyance while spinning on heel to face the two drunk gentlemen again. “Stupid moon with it’s stupid grinning face and stupid creepy smile.” Her partner would grunt a little in response but pay no mind to his meister’s little tantrum. It was pretty on record for what he thought of somebody who clearly had no business being up so late. Evelyn looked across the way at the two and calming down. "Should we help them?" she looked at Alistair. He likely had far more experience than she could muster at the moment. His response was to scoff. As if the mere thought of doing such was against his predetermined code of ethics. The sounds of their fists connecting across their face would continue to sound off across the alleyway. Alistair smirked to himself. A scoff came from his lips as if he was somehow above it all. "We should leave 'em. Not like they'll get into too much trouble out here. We got bigger fish to fry."

Evelyn would cross her arms at such a suggestion. To leave people that were obviously suffering from madness to their own devices. How utterly barbaric. She said nothing but scowled up at her partner while he could only look down back at her with confusion. A moment of silence was shared between the two. Two then three, and finally at the fourth second, he'd break the silence. "What?" Such a genuine question. It was almost insulting that he was so clueless about the suffering of the two drunks. Evelyn said nothing and continued to cross her arms. "You're just going to let them hurt themselves on DWMA time?" An eyebrow was arched while Alistair would exhale. "Fine."

He walked over to where the other two were still fighting one another. Or at least that's what they were trying to do in spirit. In reality, they were throwing punches that either were not even close to landing or nearly throwing themselves on the floor in the first place. "Hey!" he shouted to the two in question. Just as one turned to look at whatever had shouted to them, Alistair's fists had already connected to the side of his temple. His body hit the floor, knocked out cold before the cold pavement graced his skin. “Wha-What da bloody-” He moved forward and sent his elbow into the other man’s jaw, forcing him to the ground as he joined his partner in taking a nap. Alistair moved back over towards Evelyn while her expression remained unchanged. He’d look down in annoyance. “Happy now?” The cleric tapped her foot on the ground with that same look unchanged. “You’re letting two defenseless bodies out in the open?” Alistair cursed something under his breath and had a look on his face that almost may have been questioning why he was entertaining such ideas. After a glare, he'd let out an audible groan and began walking back to the two on the ground. "I'll find a good place to out these two and do whatever. Go on ahead and do whatever you do best." Alistair huffed one of the two drunken idiots onto his right shoulder. The other wouldn't have the most comfortable accommodations as he was being dragged across the ground. Evelyn would be content with that bland turned around to leave on heel. "Don't be too late to the party!" she teased and hurried off to the north.

Along the way, some commotion near one of the parallel alleys would catch her attention, as people bickering with one another would take place. What the bloody hell?" she muttered to herself while coming to a full stop. Glass broke and Evelyn was forced to go and investigate to see if anybody was in need of assistance. She turned around to go back out onto the street and pass the alleyways nearby for any signs of trouble. While the first few were relatively barren and had little in the way of life forms that weren't rats, it wasn't until she stumbled across one with a few shops down the way that the scene unfolded for her. A man crowded around a cardboard box while talking about a weapon being inside. So did that mean that somebody was being cornered by this guy? The girl's expression narrowed while she began to get closer. Her feet carried her silently towards the man in question while remaining hopeful that they hadn't been too inflicted by madness to escape. Unfortunately such hopes were dashed the moment when a young voice inside would mouth their displeasure at being forced to leave the safety of their cardboard haven.

“Hey!” Evelyn shouted down the alleyway, as her two feet would draw closer to the freaky shopkeeper. Their bloodshot, irregular eyes gazed over at the other girl. “What are you even doing, old man? Go be creepy somewhere else and step away from the box.” The man in question, appearing even more confused as the small meister in front of them would stand ever vigilant. "I'm trying to get her out of the box. I can't touch her if she's in the box." As if that made any sense even with context! The student would appear a bit creeped out by his remark. That piece of candy in his hands certainly didn't raise any hopes about what he had in mind either. "You're not well. Just let me help." Evelyn said, taking a softer, kind approach now that it was just one person who seemed relatively distracted so she could cleanse the madness in his soul. Her feet slowly advanced on his position while a faint light would begin to glow. Things were going okay so far, and all that she had to do was to make contact nice and slow. Nice and…

Suddenly his hands shot out to pick her up by the hands, the light fizzling away as Evelyn would struggle to free herself from his grasp. "What are you doing? Get off of me!" she muttered. Her feet pushed against his chest while the shopkeeper would look down at the girl in his hands. "If she won't come out of the box, then I'll just have to use you as my weapon." he said in a tone that was like he had just had an epiphany about existence itself. Evelyn felt powerless, her fear rising in her chest as the flailing became far more frantic. Like an animal cornered in a cage. She couldn't let her story end here! There was still so much to do! "I'm not a weapon you bloody oaf!" she cursed to him while his sausage like fingers kept her in place. She feared the worst of what was in store for her, not daring to imagine the kinds of things he would have in mind. "Go on then. Show me your weapon form." He extended his arms and gave Evelyn a good shaking to coax her into a form she never had. Her hood would come off, the ponytail holding her white hair hanging in the air while she'd gaze down at the cardboard box below. "Better me than her." she thought to herself, while trying not to get too dizzy as the shaking continued. "Are you shy? Just turn into a weapon." After the fourth round of a shakedown, Evelyn would crane her head up and catch a glimpse of a silhouette from the rooftops. He'd quickly come down from sliding down the gutter before leaping off into the air. From there, he'd brandish a blade from his right arm that would come down on her captor. Evelyn leaned backwards just in time to avoid the chance of getting cut into bits and would watch as the shopkeeper would explode into a poof of smoke. The sudden disappearance of anything supporting her had caused the girl to land on the ground, a red kishin soul floating into her lap.

"I can't leave you alone for five minutes and you're already getting into trouble." Alistair looked down on the fallen meister while he’d brush his hands off of any residue from his surprise attack. Evelyn breathed a sigh of relief. “I owe you one.” she mused then looked towards the box and would slowly go to open it. Tucked neatly inside was a child, younger than Evelyn even. She looked terrified and afraid, through her eyes would probably be on that stray kishin egg that was being handled by the cleric. “Hey.” she said softly. Just looking at the girl was enough to stir up those sisterly feelings inside of her, with Evelyn smiling at her. “It’s okay. We took care of that bad guy, so you can come out now.” With her permission, Evelyn would help her from the box while Alistair shoved his hands in his pockets and huffed. “Looks like we found somebody shorter than you.” Of course, Evely shot him another look but would keep her attention on the girl. “I’m Evelyn and he’s Alistar. What’s your name?”

Introductions aside, the area was clearing out while people dispersed across the way. DWMA students were recalling back to school while Alistair would gaze back down to them. “Show’s over, kiddo. Let’s head back and get Lord Death up to speed.” He’d walk away without a word, assuming that the two were going to follow him. Evelyn would gaze back down at her plus one and offer her hand for her to take. “C’mon. Let’s get back to school.” she’d place the kishin egg in Lily’s hands before carefully picking her up by the feet and carrying her piggyback style. Once comfortable, Evelyn carried Lily back with her. She had a couple of questions about her, way too many to count at the moment. Things like where her parents were, why she was hanging out in Death City unattended and if she was really a weapon. Of course, all things would be answered in due time.

                                                                                  [141 sentences]

⇨☾⇨Joan was swung true and sliced through the maddened man who turned into a mass murderer. This was her first ever successful kill which alarmed her as the Kishin egg appeared. Rhett would see Joan's bare shoulders and face in the gleaming reflection in the blade. "I wouldn't say I'm disappointed." Joan disliked the idea of having to engage in this kind of carnage. She looked up to the Moon as its smile became maddened again before revealing an image of an extremely average-looking man. She rubbed her eyes as her sword form tilted toward the sky to get a better look. Joan transformed back into her human form and smiled as Rhett pouted. Her hand rested briefly on his cheek as she smiled. "Maybe after our next mission!" Joan sounded giddy and excited by the prospect of having dinner with her Meister. She was not sure why but she really wanted to spend more time with him outside of missions and school. In any case, she took point and began walking toward the DWMA.

The moon's red light seeped into the dark enclosure of Lily's box, and inside, Eve would find a lavender girl curled up into a tight ball, muttering, "Can't come in. Can't come in."

It wasn't until a soft voice soothed her maddening nerves did that death grip Lily had on her hat, clutching so tightly her knuckles had turned white, loosen. Pale purple eyes looked up to the source of the calming voice, and eyes widened as Lily perceived the aura that surrounded Eve. So soft, so sweet, so pure. A soul that looked immeasurably delicious, so much so that when the hand was extended to help her, the weapon's first instinct was to chomp down on it.

She took in a big gulp. No no, she wasn't supposed to eat souls. Taking that hand, Lily was helped up by Evelyn, eyes glued to the radiant soul all the while. "L-lily," Lily answered in a daze, eyes unfocused and hand refusing to release her catch. Even when the kishin egg was handed to her and her eyes were drawn to it like starved animal offered food, Lily refused to let go of Evelyn's hands.

Tongue swept over lips then teeth in anticipation. Eyes, when they finally tore themselves away from the soul, looked up anxiously to Eve. Lily wasn't allowed to eat souls, so surely Eve would take it from her, but she didn't want to give the soul to anyone. However, Eve didn't show any signs of taking the soul back. She was busy fussing over other things, and when she noticed Lily's eyes on her, all Lily got back was a kind smile and Eve asking if it would be okay to carry Lily as it would be a long walk to Lord Death.

"I-I can eat?" the small child would ask after she was picked up with her approval, hand clenching the kishin soul tight. One hand holding a delicious soul. The other holding a delicious Eve. It was getting harder and harder by the moment to hold back.

When she received only assent from Eve, twinkling eyes and a cheerful nod that sent her stomach grumbling, Lily took only a moment more to appreciate the feast before biting into the soul with her teeth. Chomping, chewing, scarfing it down before anyone could take it away from her, and then finally, tilting her head back to slurp in the tail end. A satisfied breath out as the deliciousness filled her tummy. The madness of the kishin egg's previous owner seeping through her system was none of the satisfied weapon's concern. What did she care if she grinned a little like the moon as she slumped forwards and settled into her very kind savior's back?

"Thank you for the meal," Lily would thank Eve as now both arms locked themselves around the bigger girl. Lily didn't want to leave her ever.

                                                          Exit to Death Room

                                                          [28 sentences]
