FFA Weekly #35
In Ring - Nate Navarro starts the show to come out and talk about his monumental victory in the first ever Championship Soul tournament. Kimmi tries to get right to the point with him, asking him about when he is going to challenge Serenno for the FFA World Championship. Before Nate can answer, his promo is interrupted by Mike Landry. Landry says that Nate is the apex of his complaint lately about these new rookie FFA wrestlers coming in and acting like they're hot s**t. Landry tells Nate that he can go ahead and take his championship match at Fool's Fall if he wants, but warns him that as long as Landry is around and doesn't respect Nate, Nate will never win the championship. Landry insinuates that he will interfere in all of Nate's business until he proves himself. Nate nods at that but then reminds Landry that there is someone who might feel the same about Landry. At this point, Landry is attacked by SOLDADO, who locks the vet in a crossface. Kelsey Warden vs Akiren Kurumiya - Akiren def. Kelsey via pinfall with a Tokyo Mouse Trap II. Backstage - Tanuki and the Monitor meet up with Lynn and Inez backstage and accept their challenge. They agree that their next match against each other will be their last for the championships, but Tanuki and the Monitor force Lynn and Inez to agree that no matter WHO wins the match, the losing team cannot challenge the winning team. Lynn and Inez, cockily, accept. Backstage - Nate Navarro links back up with Kimmi to tell her that Landry has a point. He can't face Serenno until Landry has been dealt with, so Nate has agreed to face Landry at Fool's Fall. The world title isn't going anywhere, so Nate has to show Landry that neither is he. Grif vs Mako Taiga - Grif def. Mako via pinfall with the OOA. Arisaka Taiga is now going by her birth name Mako in FFA. In Ring - Serenno and Jada arrive with the world championship in tow, and they demand that Serrick Rowe answers for what he has done to Serenno the past two events. However, instead, Domino Ando comes out. The Infernoweight Champion looks at Serenno up and down and informs him that like Raj, Ando deserves a shot at Reno's world title, and a chance to become double champion. Serenno says there is no way that is going to happen, but Domino informs Reno that the GM has already made the match for Fool's Fall, since Reno's former opponent Nate is spoken for. Myles Shaw, Marx, and Dodge vs Crestwood, J-Money, and Zero - No Contest. -The match ended in a no contest due to interference from Serrick Rowe and Ashalar, who attacked both teams indiscriminately. The segment ended with Rowe delivering a Wingspan to Marx after Ashalar hit J-Money with his hammer. Tatakai vs Jayce and Proto - Proto def. Tesara via pinfall with the Proton Bomb. Backstage - Ashalar and Serrick cut a promo from a boiler room. Serrick formally introduces himself as a once and future champion, and promises that soon all of FFA will reach The Other Side, starting with the Mob and the House of the Rising Sun. Backstage - Kurast is getting ready for his match against Sobek for the Platinum Championship and looks at his "Eliminator" cape... Main Event Platinum Championship Match Kurast the Eliminator vs Sobek © -Sobek and Kurast, despite the height difference, matched up well in terms of strength, neither being able to overpower the other or knock one another off their feet until Sobek finally hit Kurast with a big boot -Sobek was notably alone, as the rest of the Mob had been cleaned out by Serrick and Ashalar earlier -Kurast hit Sobek with a huge Fisherman Suplex off the top rope for a near fall -Sobek hit Kurast with the Crocodylus, but when he went for the pin, Serrick Rowe pulled the Refbot out of the ring, which was then destroyed by Ashalar. The duo then hit the ring and brutilized Sobek, apparently finishing their work on the Mob. This included Serrick hitting Sobek, a much bigger man, with the Wingspan -Kurast was left alone, although there was definitely a moment where it looked like Ashalar was going to hit him with the hammer -Sobek slowly crawled up to his feet, spitting obscenities at the attackers as they left, and then turned around into a GORE from Kurast. -Kurast def. Sobek via pinfall with the GORE. Kurast wins the FFA Platinum Championship

Mike Landry via submission with a crossface. Nate took a while to call for the bell while Mike kept tapping out. In Ring - Kurast comes out with his newly won Platinum Championship. Jayce and Proto vs The Hardly Boyz - Jayce def. Matty via pinfall with an 8th Evil Ex Main Event Railery and Domino Ando vs Serenno and Akiren Kurumiya w/ Jada -Railery and Reno start off the match and Railery starts to get revenge against his older ex-brother, before Reno tags out to get away -Reno refuses to tag back in and eventually leaves Akiren high and dry -Domino def. Akiren via pinfall with a Sunfall Backstage - The Mob arrives in the parking lot as planned to face off against Rowe and Ash, who are waiting for them. When The Mob square up to fight them, Rowe and Ashalar are joined on either side by Curio and The Lichador, evening up the numbers. A huge brawl begins, with several members of each team getting seriously hurt. Curio is the first person, tossed through a car windshield by Sobek. Crestwood is then thrown through a driver's side window. Ashalar takes out Sobek with a hit of his hammer to the knee, and then a second to keep the big man down. At the end of the fighting, the Mob is decisively defeated, as Serrick Rowe drags J-Money up onto the top of a car and then hits him with the Wingspan, throwing J-Money off the car onto the cement.

Sobek, Zero and Myles also run out, as it was revealed to be a trap for The Other Side. Commentary reveals J-Money was injured and is absent from the show, as is Raj. -The Mob and the Rising Sun clear the ring of the Other Side, who retreat. Backstage - 2.0 is on a phone call, congratulating someone on their new contract, when Serenno comes in and demands 2.0 cancel the world title match at Fool's Fall. 2.0 refuses and then books Akiren vs Railery in a steel cage at the show as well so that Akiren can't help Serenno with his nonsense. Backstage - Sobek is attacked backstage by all 5 members of The Other Side. Ashalar hobbles Sobek, basically breaking his leg with his hammer while the others hold him down. Tatakai vs The Unit Shredderz - Lynn def. Dalton via pinfall with a New York Hello, Brooklyn Goodbye -After the match, the Unit Shredderz cut a promo on Monitor and Tanuki, where they promise no more dirty tricks before the PPV, as they want to put Monitor and Tanuki away and out of their lives beyond a shadow of a doubt. Backstage - Railery cuts a promo on Akiren, saying he actually loves his style and abilities, but he's picked a bad crowd to run with. Kelsey Warden vs Proto - Kelsey def Proto via pinfall with a Whiplash DDT. -After the match, Kelsey ate a fat OOA from Grif for some reason. Nate Navarro vs Jeffy C. - Nate def. FFA Weekly #38
Backstage - Revy and Zero are with The House of the Rising Sun backstage, the Mob having been picked off. Marx lays out a challenge to The Other Side for a 4 on 4 elimination match at the PPV. They have until the end of the show to accept. Akiren Kurumiya vs Mako Taiga - Akiren def. Mako via pinfall with a Phantom Chance. After the match, Akiren makes his first promo in the company, where he says "Railery..." and then does the suck it sign before leaving the ring. Grif vs Terran Tiers - Grif def. Terran via pinfall with an OOA. Kelsey comes out and attacks him but Grif gets away. Grif gets a mic and tells Kelsey the reason he attacked her last week was because she thinks she's not past her prime. But Grif is going to prove to her that her showing at the tournament was fluke and that its time for her to wind her career down like the rest of the dorks she came into the business with like Vash and Katie. Backstage - Jada goes into 2.0's office and asks him if there is ANYTHING she can do to get him to reconsider the title match at Fool's Fall, heavily insinuating something racy. King says she's weird and tells her to leave his office immediately. Jada then says "fine, we could have done this the nice way, but luckily I have another, much more expensive plan." In Ring - The Monitor, Tanuki, Inez, and Lynn are in the ring to sign the contract for their match that says the losers will never again challenge the winners for the championships as long as they hold the titles. Once the contracts are signed, Monitor says it was impressive that Lynn and Inez had the integrity to set aside their dirty tactics for once. Inez and Lynn then flip the table over to reveal baseball bats tied to the bottom of the table. As they go for the bats, however, Monitor and Tanuki hit dueling shining wizards on them, revealing they were ready for the attack. Platinum Championship Open Challenge Kurast vs ??? -Kurast comes out for his new open challenge, which is answered by Mike Landry -Kurast and Mike lock up, but Kurast is getting fairly dominant of Mike early on. Mike can outwrestle Kurast every day of the week, but Kurast is much stronger. -Mike manages to catch Kurast in a small package, which the referee starts to count, but then Kurast counters by rolling slightly, pinning Mike. -Kurast def. Mike Landry via pinfall with a small package to retain the title -After the match, instant replay reveals that Nate Navarro had come out from under the ring and pushed the duo, which allowed Kurast to counter the small package, all out of sight of the ref. Landry is incensed and destroys the refbot in response. Backstage - Kimmi asks Nate why he helped Kurast when if Landry had won, their match at Fool's Fall would have surely been a title match? Nate replied that "It's just like Landry said. As long as I'm around, Landry won't win anything. I said that and I meant it." Main Event Infernoweight Championship Match Domino Ando © vs Flint -Domino is forced to defend his title tonight since he wont have a title match at the PPV -As Flint is making his entrance, Jada comes out and hands the alien a huge wad of cash. -When Domino is about to hit the Sunfall, Flint rolls out of the ring and grabs a chair, going for an intentional DQ, but Domino stops it, hitting a Sunfall onto the chair -Flint def. Domino by DQ after a Sunfall onto a chair. Domino is still the champion -After the match, Serenno sneaks in behind Domino and lays him out with a clothesline. Hitting him a few times with the chair, Serenno goes for his finisher onto the chair, which Domino counters and nearly turns into his own finisher. Serenno escapes and then bails, Jada bringing the world title to him. In Ring - The House of the Rising Sun, with Zero and Revy in tow, comes down to the ring. They call out The Other Side to answer their challenge for Fool's Fall. The Other Side comes out and stands outside the ring. Serrick formally accepts the challenge for a five on five elimination match at the PPV. Marx corrects him, that it will be a four on four match, as The Other Side only has four people. Serrick then informs them that the face's have brought their fifth member WITH them. Suddenly, Marx and Dodge are both low-blowed by Zero. Myles is surprised, while Revy is completely enraged, attacking Zero. The Other Side attacks everyone, Zero joining them, and a beatdown commences until Raj Del Rey makes his return, running down to the ring and hitting Serrick Rowe with THE KNEE. The Other Side empties the ring and regroups, as Revy stands tall with Raj, Marx, Dalton, and Myles.
