“Oh! Head Masta’,” Akeen was startled with the sudden appearance of the man. He thought the man’s magic was shape shifting, not teleportation or space manipulation..... or was it? Did this man know other magic’s as well? “Yes, Sir. I did have a question,” he nodded then faced the man. “I was wondering if there were internship or real world experience opportunities for us? Gathering knowledge is good and all, but it does not top real world experience,” he explained.

Hmm...that is a good question but it's not really something we run into here.
He sat in one of the auditorium seats near where they were standing and looked back up at Akeen.
I mean, that's a human realm thing right? You plan to go back to the human realm after this? Or do you plan to stay here in the wizard realm? If you plan to go back I can see what I can do about putting in a good word where I need to but really the wizards that are looking to employ from this school know that everything they need in a young fine wizard such as yourself they will get when they hire you. You just have to have all the classes they require for their job. I think you wont have to worry much. Unless you are going back to the human world...Yes....I wouldn't do that. that's...a messy place and you just want to get a good education and bring your wizard family here...Okay that's a better plan...Akeen? Right? I'm still getting to know all of your names.
Magi explained but never actually was told Akeen's name.
You see Akeen, when you grow into a big strong wizard and learn many fields you become more employable anyway so wizards know to snatch up the young bright eyed graduates from here. When I was in college...not this one cos I created this one but that's BESIDES THE POINT, I knew that my family was going to teach me all the shapeshifting magic because we specialize in it but there are many fields in which I'm very skilled. Part of that is due to taking many different classes while I was in college. Mainly because I kept switching my major. Anywho, Don't limit yourself and you can use classes to become more desirable to employment, but if you are coming here to just work in the human realm...well...They should consider themselves lucky to even know you, but we can find you some kind of internship if you want to work for free just to go back to parasite ridden garbage fire like the human realm, I will make it so. Anything for my students.

Raenisa already knew she was in some sort of deep trouble due to the time. She'd already missed the assembly with the headmaster and the rest of the school and she really didn't have a good excuse besides the fact she got a tad lost the first few times; even though she passed the school twice. The blonde woman peaked her head into the large room and heard the echo's of a few people still inside. "It must not have ended" she thought to herself. She slowly slide herself along the wall to avoid attention from other student's and staff who were in the room.

Akeen rubbed his head and had a half grin on his face. "So, you are sayin' that I will not have in world scenarios to put to practice what I learn at this school?" he nodded a bit disappointed at the news. "People may test well and do projects well, but applying that knowledge to the real world is a different t'ing. 'You learn how to cut down trees by cutting them down'," he had to stop himself from going any further. "I apologize, Head Master," he lowered his head a bit. "T'ank you for your time," he crossed his forearms in front of his chest and then bowed in the Limboni manner.

The woman was watching and listening to the interaction between the new student and Magi. The young man seemed disappointed that he would not get into the real world to apply what he learned and that he would get a job just by taking courses from the school. Both had merit to their thinking in her opinion. To her though, in order to fight with a sword, it's not just knowing how to do so, you must learn the proper stance, footwork, and learn how to use which muscles when.
Her eyes then went over to Raenisa. A smirk crawled onto her face. "RAENISA!!" she called out to her.
Magi looked slightly annoyed with Akeen when he started to lecture him on how the 'real-life experiences' were a superior way to get a job. Magi then regained his cheerful disposition and nodded. He stood up again facing Akeen with the most awkward rage encrusted smile.
Akeen I can assure you everything will be fine...You want real life experiences than I will find you some...
He said almost sinisterly. He then swished his cape around turning himself around with him.

What an ungrateful brat. Akeen he's one of the ones from the human realm right? No wonder he's so hell bent on the wrong things...What is it with those human realm goody-goodies. They are all good for nothing. I can change that though. By the time he leaves this school Akeem will be a master wizard with no want to further the help of the humans. There is no reason that he should even waste his time with them.
The headmaster said looking at his phone reading all the information he had on Akeen.
Hmm...Rune magic?

Akeen sighed sensing the annoyance in the Head Master's voice. He should've kept his mouth shut about the whole situation. First impressions were everything and with this encounter, the Head Master likely found him to be difficult. He was likely to be given a hard time because of this exchange.
"You really stepped in it," Akeen turned to find a raven haired woman approaching him. Her eyes were the most striking feature, aside from her hourglass frame and long legs.

Memorielle had hardly settled into her new university when she found herself late to a rather important assembly. With her moving bags and personal belongings still in her hands, she stayed toward the far back part of the auditorium to avoid making a fuss. Like her, wizards of all shapes, sizes, and backgrounds had been watching the peculiar headmaster appear to deliver his greetings and policies.
And deliver his spiel he did, saying it in one piece before taking questions and holding conversations with other students.
As each individual filed out of the auditorium one by one (with some outright teleporting), Memorielle apprehensively hugged her book closer to her chest. Madam Odette did tell the girl to expect a diverse crowd, one in which she'd find kind souls as well as others she may not get along with. Ruby eyes flickered as she shed light on the newfound worries in her head; here at Oblivion University were other soon-to-be classmates, the strange headmaster, and this peculiar tablet tracker device thing she was given... What else... Oh- right. The sheer tyranny that is the idea of a mixed blood offspring being killed as both acceptable and a policy in this school. Suffice to say, the girl reserved most of her thoughts to herself for now.
She had but one goal, so staying out of trouble would be easy anyway. Classes, studying, chores, maybe make some friends to up the quality of life... First and foremost though, it was time to drop her belongings off at her new quarters. And well, if she couldn't find her room yet, it wouldn't be a bad idea to make some detours...
