As Sub has described in HQ the next arc will involve an inter-regional tournament called the World Champion Cup with trainers from around the world entering as teams to help each other advance from one stage to the next. The first stage involves the various teams having to survive in the Wild Area by working with their teammates and collect Wishing Pieces to form a Wishing Star which is needed for a teammate to leave the Wild Area and advance to the next stage of the tournament. As such there will be various 'roles' for each character to play, such as the 'healer', the 'saboteur' towards other teams, the 'muscle' and so on. There are no real defined 'roles' that must be filled but for flavor I thought it would be nice if we gave our characters specific roles and kept them to it, for the sake of diversity as well.
Example:
Larrimore would be more of a 'muscle' character who guards the others or protects them from threats but not much of a battler so he intends to stay in the Wild Area to help the others succeed in surviving using his own hybrid abilities.
-----
Note that while I want to hear what you imagine for your own characters not every character of yours will be permitted to be used in every Team Mission, in fact some Team Missions may focus on a certain aspect of the cup and thus involve you using a different character so really try to diversify your characters in what you imagine them doing in the Wild Area. Also, while the 'battlers' will typically be the ones that might go onto the next stage some will be needed in the Wild Area for reasons I won't disclose just yet. If you only have a single character that's fine as well but for fun imagine a role for them.

How about "Glass Cannon" for Veronica? Seems like the style she fights in, full blast but can't stand out multiple attacks. or is it more of a class???

Terashi is primarily a battler and could fit into both muscle and saboteur roles depending on the Pokemon he has on him. He's definitely wanting to take part in the latter parts of the tournament, though, so he may try to focus on battling.
Keiko, while not having a lot of Pokemon with healing moves, is certainly more suited for the role of healer/support, although she can also play the role of muscle to protect someone if need be.
Abby would more enjoy fighting other trainers than focusing on objectives, so despite her limited selection of Pokemon, she'd fit the saboteur better. She won't be interested in the latter parts of the tournament, though, and will only take a Wishing Star if the team has more than they need.

Odd fits into the role of Sabteur/Support primarily. He can certainly pull off the role of Battler if he has to but he prefers to provide support to others.
Kaya's definitely the Muscle/Tank, drawing the ire of those trying to get in his allies' way and distracting them rather than battling head on.
Lykas is definitely the most Muscle/Battler of my characters. He genuinely enjoys the role of fighting if he has the chance whether it's using his hybrid abilities or his Pokemon.
Wren definitely falls into the Healer/Support role. He'll battle if he must but he prefers to stay to the back and offer assistance to others.

Well, here goes.
Sol - Front Line (Muscle) Pretty simple and straightforward, given how he usually handles things even when the team's up against arguably bigger threats. To him, the best places for defense are either at the front with a strong offensive so there isn't anything to play defense against in the first place, or at the back so that same defensive need ends up being mitigated by what it had to go through first.
Aden - Saboteur Comparatively, Aden's less about fighting up close unless he actually has to and has a lot of ways to pull the strings from behind the scenes- before, during or after them. His Pokemon all have a way of complimenting his pragmatic mentality and he can be quite the survivalist as a result. He'd be able to find a good few ways to mess with opposing teams.
Cera - Flex? Honestly, in one way or another, Cera could fulfill just about any role that might be needed and doesn't really have or need a set one. Plus, well, she is a Pokemon after all. Nevermind that she has a few she can command, shhhhh.
Amaranth - Support? Amaranth's not much of a front line fighter either, but can easily swoop in and provide support in one way or another. Rather it be through fighting alongside, bolstering defenses, or otherwise making sure the ones doing the heavy lifting are able to keep doing so.

So I guess I should break down my entourage:
Blizzard: I don't know what role he fills in. As mentioned as many of times, he's the jack of all trades person which is to many a persons benefit...or detriment depending on the situation. Rather it be on the front line battling, behind strategizing, antagonizing, supporting or whatever, there's just about nothing he can't do. EXCELLING at it would be a point in contention however. While he alone could be one of the bigger threats in any category, anyone that has more expertise in any particular category than him in some fashion is sure to put him in a bind should he find himself unable to find workarounds.
Freth: Muscle, bar none. Can take punishment as much as she can dish it and most of her Pokemon are no exception to that. Incidentally, collateral damage is the name of her game. With various Pokemon able to cause wide-sweeping attacks, such as Walrien's and Mamoswine's Earthquake and Blizzard attacks, or should she be pressed, Glalie's Explosion, many would have to take heed or suffer a quick end.
Tristen: While he has been trying to work towards a jack of all trades status, he actually would rank more towards Saboteur than anything. Because of his time in Snagem, he has learned eventually that using a Pokemon such as Dragonite should probably be more as a closer than a outright destroyer like say Freth's Pokemon. As such, he's more apt to support and cripple at the same time, such as Castform's weather changing moves, Xatu's stat swapper attacks, or some more cloak and daggar by means of Magmar's smoke screen or Tristen's own Thunder Wave. Then when the opportunity is right, expect a extremely hard hitting Pokemon to seal the deal.

Ulla- Support/Defense.
Though Ulla has been known to heal her team in previous missions. She could also defend very well with the help of her Pokemon. Her primary concern is making sure everyone is safe and out of harms way.
Leon- Sabteur/Fighter.
Though lacking actual physical strength, Leon is good on his toes and coming up with cunning ideas. He'd much rather win a battle by being cunning then by pure strength. His main idea for a fighter is using AoE moves. So nothing really up close. Because that would be too much work on him.

Feel like Gima is an first attack kinda guy would be good sabotaging the enemy , He always loves making the first move, Not giving the guy or pokemon a chance for a counter attack, After 3 or 4 hits depending on the pokemon he has at the time, that pokemon from him is out of commission unless he counters of course

Darts is definitely front-line offensive bruiser-type? Not a full on tank but can take a hit and dish out damage.
