                    Heterosexual

What are their powers if they have any?
Precognitive Dreaming: The ability to perceive future events in dreams. These dreams come to Charlotte in her sleep or sometimes, when she's able to focus hard enough on something she wants to see or wants insight on. The dreams are very abstract and never straight forward. Some dreams amount to nothing of any severity, say for instance one of her dreams leads her down the road to discovering they're serving pizza at school. Other times she's able to see the death an individual, for instance, her uncle who's death dream she couldn't understand in time before his demise.

Dream Walking: The ability to enter another person's dream. By connecting with someone while they slumber, Charlotte can fabricate herself in a person's dream and nightmare. She used this ability to try and better understand her sister's mental illness by finding any remnant clues that may have been troubling her in the first place. Charlotte can enter through a small window of time a person spends daydreaming while bored in class.

                What are their weaknesses?
She can't enter the minds or thought processes of someone who is fully aware of their surroundings. They must be asleep, unconscious, or lost in deep though and idle but she risks detection easier, the consequences varying in severity depending on who knows of her power.

Some signs in her dreams and the dreams of others can come across as silly, screwy, and thoughtless, making them that much harder to decipher.

                    She's mortal.

                How do they act?
She's seen by others as mellow more often than not. One might mistake it for a sense of melancholy, but she's usually at peace until a dream looms over her head. Those who don't know of her power may or may not notice the shift in her mood the next day. She becomes paranoid and fearful of said dream, depending on what hints and indicators she came face to face with. She has a hard time telling anyone about her power, or opening up in general. She finds that if people let her talk for too long, she might look a little more crazy than intended when something's really racking at her brain.

                What's their backstory?
Charlotte was troubled by her dreams at a very early age. She lived in a big household that consisted of her mother, father, sister, her uncle, and his family. Everyone dreamed. Charlotte loved to talk about them with her older sister but there was always a disconnect on what experiences they had. Not on the topic, but just how real they felt. Charlotte would find herself seemingly awake and walking around almost as if she never went to sleep in the first place. On one night in particular, Charlotte fell asleep and 're-awoke' in a hexagonal room with a number of mirrors. In every mirror, she saw a member of her family. She stepped to each one and nothing happened until she reached her uncle's reflection. Inches away from the mirror, Charlotte watched as the mirror shattered right before her eyes, with nothing but a smile that adorned her uncle's face.

Charlotte woke in the middle of the night to hear from her father that her uncle had been shot on the way home. It shook her to the core and though she told it was common and maybe even coincidental, she couldn't cut the feeling of just how real that experience was. Charlotte's older sister Bethany was closer to their uncle than she was and took his death the hardest. Over the course of a few months after his death, Bethany's mental health and physical condition wavered. She took it hard and it showed ever so. Bethany had fallen asleep for a nap in the living room when Charlotte came home from school one day. She worried for her sister and sat with her on the free cushion closest to her head. When her fingers brushed against her forehead, Charlotte found herself in a very similar, very real experience that very clearly wasn't her living room. She found her sister in the corner of an all black room with pictures of their uncle hanging upon the wall. Upon further inspection, Charlotte could see that they were memories. Some with just the two of them, some with the whole family, and so on. Every few moments, a pictured memory would fall and part of Bethany would wither away. Charlotte sat by her dream sister and comforted her trying to better understand what she was surrounded by and what it all meant to Bethany.

Charlotte talked with her sister for a long time, in the dream and out and for the first time, Bethany could understand what her sister meant back when they discussed just how real and how much of an impact dreams could have. Bethany saw just how different it was for her sister to do what she did, to appear within her head to help her through her troubled times. Soon after, she quickly sought help before she fell deeper, confiding and finding comfort with her aunt and cousins under the same roof.

Attending Daley High during her junior year came with difficult challenges. Mentally, emotionally, socially, academically, and a slew of new dreams as superhuman activity was more rampant than she realized within and around the walls of the school. The hot seat for dangerous activity and unfortunate events in Charlotte's rear view mirror.

Anything else we need to know?
Charlotte was home schooled until her freshmen year of high school. She's a proficient artist, enough to make out and try and translate what she saw in her dreams.

                What is their Faceclaim?
                    Margaret Qualley
