- Janelle likes to live life in the fast lane. Literally. She loathes being in one place at once and because she's just so naturally fast, she doesn't have to be. Janelle can process information and retain it faster than a chunk of people around her at any given time and that's not even the cool part. Janelle can move to speeds up to 100mph and at 150mph when she's worked up. When she discovered her powers, she also wasn't aware of the changes made to her body that gave her the means to withstand the force against herself when she runs.

- Janelle needs to take in a lot of calories to keep her strength up, a drawback from the speed taking so much of her energy at one time.
➳ How do they act?
- Janelle is your average oh-so-bubbly teenager with a passion for standing out. She loves to be the center of attention when it counts and is always one to over achieve in class. People, parents included, call it a weakness, she calls it her greatest strength. Next to her super power of course. While fast, she's also cocky and hard to tame due to know one really having what it takes to keep up with her. Janelle can be nice when it counts and as mean as ever when she's set over the edge. Her powers will go haywire and she will vibrate uncontrollably and speak too fast for normal ears to hear.
➳ What's their backstory?
- Before moving to Chicago, Janelle lived a super, kind of not so super life back home in New York City. It's rougher areas made for a dangerously fear-filled lifestyle but with a cop on the police force and a mom who wore the cape in the relationship, Janelle generally had nothing to fear until her powers manifested. With her dad not being a super, she always feared that she wouldn't inherit a power from her mother at all. Since that wasn't the case, she had every intention of using them to their fullest potential. She would zip around New York, cleaning up the streets, kicking a**, and taking names. She was doing so well her mom had caught on sooner than she thought she would and due to experience, she caught Janelle with little to no effort. Her mother didn't want her out there alone but she also didn't feel she was ready to even be her sidekick. Those words were hard to hear coming from her own mother, and eventually her dad. They took some time to think over it and eventually came to the conclusion that they just weren't the ones to teach her at this time in her life.
Janelle's mom and dad agreed she needed training if she was going to follow in their families footsteps and what better way than to not do themselves by sending her to Chicago where her aunt, another super in the family lived. Chicago seemed to be the height of superheroism in the world and they all agreed it was better for her to be within a community of so many well renowned supers. Now she just had to make a name for herself.
