In this thread we hope to provide you with all of the information you should need to submit an application for a civilian character or establish a quest for a powered individual.
While all players will be required to submit an application for any character that they wish to play, you do not need to obtain art in order to play a civilian character. For the purpose of this role play environment, you must only obtain an art slot if you wish to play a powered character.
Guidelines
Be Polite - Do not offer critique where it is not asked for and if it is asked for, please mind your manners. Harassment will not be tolerated.
Be Original - Ideas may overlap sometimes, but please do not deliberately copy someone else's quest or ideas. Have faith in your own creativity and do great things!
Be Patient - As we adapt to things the approval process may take time, but we want to see this environment flourish and grow and we will make sure that we are getting to everyone in a timely manner.
Be Thorough - Please fill out your entire form. We've narrowed things down to just the necessities that will help us get a feel for the character you would like to play. The more detailed you are the easier it will be for us to approve your quest.

This is where all characters begin...
Whether or not you decide to pursue an upgrade is ultimately up to you as a player, but all characters should start out with this basic form -- provided they are humanoid in nature. While the information contained in this form may not be every minute detail there is to know about the character you wish to play, it should at the very least give us an idea as to who they are and the type of person they might be.
While there are no full restrictions on names, we do ask that if you are considering a last name that would not be common in the United States you check to make sure that it is not already in use and consider selecting something else otherwise.

Sailor Soldier's names are drawn from [i][u]SPACE[/u][/i] -- moons, planets, stars, comets or asteroids, generally! Please provide us with a link to your Sailor Scout's celestial body.
[b]Uniform Color:[/b] A Sailor Soldier will always start out with WHITE as a base color, no matter what! In addition to that they may have two additional colors. Ideally, these colors should compliment each other, but otherwise tell us what they are!

This is JUST for your base stage. At the base stage Sailor Soldiers typically have a considerable amount in common given the simplicity of their uniforms. Their individuality comes into play between Super and Eternal, so please keep in mind that this is your BASIC design.
[i]Collar[/i] -- Must be some form of 'sailor' collar or bolero jacket. [i]All senshi must have this[/i]. [i]Brooch[/i] -- Typically contains Sailor Scout's symbol. This holds your collar in place. [i]Chest Bow[/i] -- Attached to/under your brooch. [i]Bodice[/i] -- Must cover from shoulders to waist at Basic Sailor level and will ALWAYS be white for Order senshi. [i]Bottoms[/i] -- Basic Sailors must have a skirt or shorts that fall between waist and knees to start. Skirts/Shorts can start to change forms from Super on, but MUST remain basic to start out. [i]Tiara[/i] -- [i]All order senshi must have this.[/i] [i]Butt Bow[/i] -- [i]All order senshi must have this.[/i] Sashes do not count.
[i]Accessories[/i] -- Gloves? Choker? Shoes? Earrings? Please keep these things BASIC (think first season Sailor Moon and her squad) but here's where you can show a little bit of personality from the start!
Keep in mind that your PRIMARY COLOR will be used for your bottoms and sailor collar while your SECONDARY COLOR will be used for things like your chest bow and butt bow. Our artists will work with you to accommodate your ideas, but may simplify some things to fit the BASIC Sailor design.
[b]Attacks:[/b] Think of these as the 'magic spells' that your Sailor Soldier has to use in battle. These attacks should fit with the theme of your senshi and flow accordingly.
[b]Sailor Scout Attack:[/b] Name. This is where it all starts out! For example, Sailor Mercury is able to create dense clouds of mist and fog which are capable of chilling an enemy and making figures difficult to see.
[b]Super Sailor Scout Attack:[/b] Name. This attack is an EVOLUTION of your first attack. Your first attack is more powerful, and can have a cosmetic change. i.e. Sailor Mercury's mist attack is now able to be utilized as a projectile attack, either freezing an enemy within ice or creating a defensive barrier out of ice.
[b]Eternal Sailor Attack:[/b] Name. This what we've been waiting for! The most attackiest of attacks! It is different from your senshi's Sailor and Super attack. For instance, Sailor Mercury's eternal "Mercury Aqua Rhapsody" enabled her to form a watery harp that, when played, sends powerful geysers of icy water toward her enemies.

[b]Uniform:[/b] As the Dark Kingdom is a militaristic organization, all base stage Dark Kingdom officers will start out with their choice of one of the basic uniform options. Further stages will allow for additional customization and the ability to personalize your agent to better suit their specific character development, but for now the things that designate them as an individual should be limited to basic accessories along with their secondary color.

No stilettos -- think classic pumps for heels, combat boots, military dress shoes, etc. [i]Accessories[/i] -- While nothing should be too flashy at this stage, are there hair accessories or bits of jewelry that your character absolutely would not be seen without?
