"Levi get behind me now." He told his pokemon quietly. Levi nodded and did as he was told. Conner then held his hands up. "I'm not here looking for trouble. I'm just looking for a friend of mine. I lost her so long ago, and I can't stand how much it hurts." He told the two evolved pokemon. "Her name is Roxie she was a rockruff the day I lost her. I've been looking for so long now." He added. He pulled out Roxie's old collar. "The Lycanroc behind you is her isn't it?" He questioned. "Please come back to me Roxie. I can help you and all of your friends here if you just let me." He pleaded. "What happened to our dream? Did you forget about the promise we made each other?" He nearly screamed.

Conner quickly took out Levi's pokeball. "Levi return." He said softly as he put the pokemon back in the ball. He returned the ball to his belt. "I told you already Roxie I'm not here to hurt anybody." He told her. "I looked for you for so long day after day, most days I searched until I couldn't walk anymore. Finally the day came where I graduated school and got to get my pokemon Licence you're still the first pokemon I registered with." He told her. "Come here and give me a hug girl I missed you." He said with tears in his eyes.

Conner chuckled as he was pushed over towards the Jolteon. He softly scratched him behind the ear. "I'm not gonna hurt anybody here little guy." He said softly before noticing the small pokemon cuddled up to the Jolteon. "It seems like you started a little family here huh Roxie?" He asked gently picking up one of the Eevee. He petted it for a minute before sitting down and putting it in his lap. "Can I let my other friends out of their balls to say hi?" He asked the them. "They're all really nice, and we can help protect these pokemon if you want." He told them. He brought out some pokefood from his backpack along with some sweets. "Here let's eat first then we can decide if you want to meet the rest of the team." He said with a smile.

Conner smiled at the little Rockruff. It reminded him so much of how Roxie acted when he first found her. He scratched the top of it's head lightly before moving to take out his four pokeballs. "Come on out guys and meet your new friends." He said as he tossed the balls into the air. Nightfire his Eevee landed on his head, Levi the Frogadier landed on his left shoulder, Blade his Scyther stood behind him, and Spitfire his Litleo came trotting to his side. "Everybody I would like you to meet my first pokemon and one of the best friends a guy could ask for." He said as he motioned to Roxie. "Her name is Roxie, Roxie these are your new friends. Spitfire is the Litleo, Nightfire is the Eevee, Blade the Scyther, and of course you already met Levi." He introduced to the gang of abandoned pokemon. "Everybody we're here to have fun so don't cause trouble." He told his team. All of the pokemon nodded their heads before looking at the food and eating.

Conner petted Roxie as all the pokemon gathered around him. He watched all of them eat and what he could only imagine is converse between each other. He was happy to finally have Roxie back with him. He knew that the rest of his adventure would be the greatest time of his life now. He couldn't wait to see what was next for the two of them.

Conner carefully carried the two small pokemon into his house. "Okay you two come on we aren't staying long. I have some human friends that are waiting for me near here. We'll drop off the little ones eat and then If Spike wants to join us I'll gladly accept him on the team." He told them. He held the door open for the two pokemon. "Hurry or the food will get cold." He said to the pokemon that hesitated at the door.

Conner smiled down at the small pokemon. He talked with his family about his journey and his friends. He told them about where he was going to be going and what his next adventure was going to be like now that he got Roxie back with him. He was so excited about what the world had in store for them now. "We actually have to be going soon. I'm supposed to meet Trunks and 18 in the next town over." He told his dad. "And don't worry about the rise in pokemon related crime. I know you're going to try to tell me about it. With the three of us there we'll be fine." He assured them.

Conner chuckled to himself before he started rubbing her belly. He thought about what he would need to do with the two small pokemon, and even about what he would need to do with Spike. He could leave the two small ones with his dad and two brothers they would definitely be okay here, but Spike was a little bit too on edge if Roxie was around. He would have to see if Spike would want to join them. Something about the pokemon seemed like even if he did want to join he would want Conner to prove his strength. "Come on Roxie let's go talk to Spike for a minute before we leave." He told her before getting up and heading to the living room.
