As it was, there was information Evie could trade..but was this man trust worthy enough? He could easily listen to hers and than proceed to not share his own. If he was with these group of kidnappers, he was not an aly, nor a trust worthy source. It was pretty much as her asumption went, when the man even said how he was not wanting to even give every detail. "Well..if you cannot meet the end of the deal, than it is of no use to me." Evie would state flat out, she would hear him out, but played right along. "Maybe I do have worthy information, maybe I don't. It's really just a gamble. But without the full details of the plans being held here, I really find it pointless to continue on with that. So no, I do not wish to try again. Unless you are more willing to free us like Mizuki said, or give us all the full plan at least." She would say directly, glad that Mizuki had not given anything away either. She didn't mean to ask her to share anything that was important, that was never her intention. She just kind of paniced, felt so close to information on it, but yet still so far. Although, Mizuki's voice did raise a point. It may very well be worth it, if it would mean they could both be released from their bindings. But the question was, would he actually go through with such an idea?
There was also the idea Evie and Mizu could explain their escape planning further, but they could only wait until no enemies were left standing in hearing distance. Who knows when that will be at this point? Time was really not on their side either. For now, they had to just keep their guard up, and their senses alert at all times.

Was there no end to her arrogance? Surely, she should know that there was nothing left for her now but to cooperate and be silent; yet, on she went about how she would escape and end his life. Ciaran allowed himself a derisive snort. The woman was quickly growing insufferable. “Talk means nothing if one cannot back it up,” he tossed over his shoulder at her before returning his focus to the other two. He crossed his arms over his chest. “Remember that, dear ones. If you are going to speak, then be certain you have something worth saying.” His words were soft, quiet, but they held a hint of warning in them. While he had been intrigued by Evie’s prospect, it would not do to throw out thoughts without reason. The dark mage disliked having his chain yanked, so to speak. “Likewise, you would do well not to make offers you have no intention of backing up. Take myself for example. I did not say I had nothing to offer in kind. I merely stated that I was not so willing to exchange my information all at once. There is a price to be paid for knowledge you know, and I do have quite a lot of it.” Although, if he were to be truthful, he was wondering if he were not lacking in some at the moment. There was something niggling at the back of his mind about the two light mages who sat nearby. Ciaran felt there might be more worth learning about them before their departure. “Now, unless you wish to make a sincere trade, I think I shall bid you farewell. I grow tired of your fellow prisoner and her rantings.” He bowed at the waist, throwing his hand out with a flourish, then spun on his heel to head towards the door. He moved slowly enough that, should either girl decide to speak, he would hear before exiting.

Guild- Independent | Rank- Delta | Magic- Celestial Spirit | Jewel- 500,000 ☽❄ ████████████████████████████████████████████████ ❄☾ As Mizuki suspected, the man had no intention of helping them. All that mattered to him was toying with his prisoners. She looked over at Evie and dipped her head. A gesture which conveyed that she appreciated the effort and not to listen to his words. Simply because Evie had not stated anything of importance did not mean she spoke useless words. She was merely doing the same thing as he himself was doing. Of course, if she was truthful, the Eridani princess was pleased he did not take to the offer. Evie may have been young, but she did possess quite a bit of knowledge due to her heritage and rank. Knowledge that would be very useful to the correct individual. That thought made Mizuki wonder something else. If Ciaran obtained as much information as he claimed, then would he not use every bit of it to his advantage?
From what she had gathered during the course of their conversation, he knew she was a Knight but did not appear to recognize her as a princess. In Mizuki’s case, it appeared he knew her only as a mage, which she hoped remained the case. She had tried very hard to hide her status as a princess within the Fiore kingdom and did not want someone the likes of Ciaran to discover it. She could but imagine what games would be played if he or his comrades were to learn they held two princesses. Mizuki doubted their titles would bring about their release. In fact, she could almost guarantee they would be more closely guarded. The two of them would be seen as even greater tools to utilize. Ones not only capable of magic but also of bringing two countries to a standstill.
These thoughts flashed through her mind the entire time Ciaran spoke. It was as he started to leave that she decided to make a statement of her own. “Be careful the words you speak. We are not so stupid to think you would help us. You are allied with the ones who kidnapped us after all, and we would be remiss to trust you so readily. If we wanted to trade information for our freedom, there would need to be more than an exchange of words. Which I doubt you could, or would, give.” Mizuki watched the man while she spoke, gaging how her words affected him, if in any way. Should he choose not to react and continue to depart, she would wait until he had disappeared to once more discuss escape with Evie. A key part of that discussion would be the need to keep their titles as princesses a secret. While she could not be certain of her suspicions, it was better to protect themselves as much as possible. ☽❄ ████████████████████████████████████████████████ ❄☾

Melanie would hiss in turn towards the male, honest to god, who did he think he was? Because as far as she knew, he was all talk himself. "I could say the same to you. You werent the one bringing us all here, utterly useless you are. And how can anyone back it up stuck in this s**t? You think it's possible to escape? I know you could not either, so shut up! Because once I'm free, I'll prove I mean every word. Guarenteed. You do not stand a god damned chance. " The dark mage would say, she was not going to back down, not now, not ever. Not until her point was made very clear. This guy really grinded her gear, if anyone was going to be the enemy number one for her, it was him. Between him and Kaya, both were at this point, her targets she was going to track down, and brutally kill. Without fail. It was that kind of hate towards another, that drove her towards a murderous end goal. She just needed a plan, something to free herself, and go on a murderous rampage. That would at least be enough to clear her head. All she had to do while sitting here for the time being, was to come up with one. Sometimes, even in the moment was enough. She just needed to find an opening somehow. [xxwhere❜」xxxshipxxxxxx💀 [xxcompany❜」xxx??, mizu, eviexxxxxx💀

The trade of information ended up being a failure, but it did not mean they were down and out. There was still time to come up with a plan, just not while they had such company. It was of no use pressing him further, it was very clear, he was not going to truthfully give the information they needed. At the same time; they could not sound desperate, even if they were. That's how people get taken advanatage of. Evie did not allow the males words to bend her in the least, in the moment, she was more curious on how they would proceed to come up with a plan of escape, since she lacked any trust in this male. He was not willing to trade information, so there was no point in trying to get any out of him. What she was most afraid of, was to give information to him, and him lie and give nothing. But she figured he might think they would do the same to him.
Every word Mizuki spoke ws all true. Someone like him, working with the kidnappers, they would not be so generous in helping them. Otherwise, they'd be going against bringing them all here in the first place. "Mizuki's right, it's of no use to us, if we aren't able to have enough information to know what's going on, so the deal is off." She stated, in hopes that he would fully walk away, and they could actually manage to piece together a plan. She needed to continue the conversation they had earlier, before the male showed up. Before anyone else arrives and inturrupts them. It was really important that they finish that, before others come. Once that happens, they won't be able to talk to one another about it. It would create a much more difficult situation. {OOC: hope its ok, had a bit of writer block. D:

| Rank- Omega | Magic- Soul of the Pumpkin King, Demon Keys, Nullification, Arc of Embodiment, Seith, Darkness |☯ ████████████████████████████████████████████████ ☯ Ciaran paused at the doorway. Laying his hand upon the frame, he turned his head so that he could cast a single yellow eye upon the three mages. There could not have been a greater contrast between the two light mages and the dark mage. Where the eldest girl ranted and raved at him, the younger ones held great composure, particularly the bluenette. Interesting… The white-haired male narrowed his gaze to just the two. “You speak well for someone your age,” he addressed Mizuki first. “I wonder…is that a mask you portray or is it from your upbringing?” There was a second of silence as he watched for her reaction. Ciaran had become well-versed in spotting signs of distress or deception in others. Oftentimes a minuscule twitch of a facial muscle would be the only indicator, but it would be enough. Such was the case here. To her credit, had any other asked the question, he was certain the tell would have been missed, so minor was it. Yet it was there all the same. An almost imperceptible narrowing of the eyes. That was all Ciaran needed to see. He now had a direction to pursue in his research on the youngest girl.
He shifted his focus to the Magic Knight. “A deal cannot be called off if it was never struck.” Ciaran corrected, peering intently at her. She was not quite as well-spoken as her fellow yet there was a hint of something similar within her. The two seemed to know one another as friends. Could they have met during training? It was possible, yes, though Ciaran suspected something else bonded the two. Perhaps he would learn of it once he started his research. For now though, he would take his leave of the girls. A headache was starting to develop thanks to Melanie’s constant barrage of insults and accusations. The sooner they were able to get her shipped off, the sooner quiet would reign once again. I wonder if she is truly the guild master of Sirens’ Curse or if she is a decoy. Thus far, her behavior had been one he would attribute to a subordinate instead of a master. Something else to look into. Wordlessly, Ciaran slipped from the room, deigning not to engage Melanie any further. It was clearly a waste of time and there were other things he needed to tend to.
They would see him again soon enough. After all, once the captain gave him the order, he would be the one to implement the security measures necessary for where they were heading. A fiendish smile spread across his face. If they only knew.

Guild- Independent | Rank- Delta | Magic- Celestial Spirit | Jewel- 500,000 ☽❄ ████████████████████████████████████████████████ ❄☾ Whatever reaction the Eridani princess had anticipated, it was not the one she received. She had hoped her words might rattle the man to an extent. Perhaps make him say something they could use as a point of reference. He was disciplined, however. His only reaction being to glance over his shoulder as he made two distinct remarks. Mizuki was surprised by his observation, though she knew better than to show it outwardly; although, try as she might, she could not help the faint narrowing of her eyes. His implication in his question was clear. Her mannerisms were too much like that of nobility. Despite her best efforts, she apparently had not been able to hide them as much as she wished. If Ciaran discovered either her or Evie’s heritage, she had no doubt things would grow more troublesome…and that was putting it mildly. I have to be careful, she chastised herself. I cannot give him any further reason to believe I am royalty. Her teal orbs flicked to her friend. Nor can Evie. We cannot afford to let our guard down with him. The younger teenager made a mental note to speak with the other girl about her concerns once they were able.
Thankfully, Ciaran chose to depart from the holding cells sooner rather than later. Mizuki waited for his footfalls to die away completely before shifting her gaze from the doorway to Evie. “We have to be careful,” she whispered. She kept her back to Melanie as she did not want to involve her in their conversation. “He is very observant and has a sharpness to him that worries me. If we give him cause to research who we are, I am afraid of what he will be able to find.” The princess kept her words vague, allowing Evie to infer their full meaning from her tone. It would behoove them to tread lightly in their interactions with the man. After letting those words sink in a moment, Mizuki decided to return to the topic of their earlier conversation. “We are no closer to finding out where we’re being taken than we were before. I doubt any of the crew will tell us either, if he was anything to go by.” She drew in a breath and let it out slowly. “Which means we should probably focus on finding a means of escape instead of simply gathering information. The sooner the better too.” Mizuki looked up at Evie to meet her gaze. “What do you think?” The question of whether or not they would help Melanie would come later, when and if they managed to escape. ☽❄ ████████████████████████████████████████████████ ❄☾

By this point, Melanie's burning anger was only getting the better of her. Most of the time, when fighting, fueled anger would make her fight even harder, so odly enough at times it worked for her. But things like this, where she would have to think of a plan to escape and think smort or outside of the box, anger hindered that idea completely. It would be better here to keep a level head, but she was much too pissed off at this arrogantly annoying male that had decided to show up. Melanie figured she would be able to think better once he would leave. Whenever that would be, b*****d was probably staying longer than needed just to gloat. She needed a way out and fast, god knows whatever these bastards wanted with them. And she didn't care enough to find out, no, freedom was far more important to her. What pissed her off even more than that, was the fact she was already in the middle of her own plans. She was getting closer and closer to her goal, and now she was going to have to start over again. There was going to be hell to pay. Not only did she want these bastards dead at her feet, but she wanted them to suffer for every minute they had her stuck here. If they truly wanted her for her magic, they would never get it. She didn't care what methods they tried, for all she knew it might not even be that what they wanted. Not that it really mattered to her.
Eventually, the annoyance had finally decided on taking his leave. Maybe she scared his dumb a** off. Good riddance if so. What was more annoying, when she thought about the plans she had earlier to find her bratty sister, she realized how damn similar this bratty child was compared to the water dragon brat. Maybe it was just one resemblence being the kind of similar blue hair, and maybe she was already to pissed off where the most minor thing effected her, but it drove her far more into a blind rage. "Hey small brat, you got any siblings..a water dragon slayer to be precise? You look too much alike, I despice it." Melanie would respond truthfully, this thought coming to her out of nowhere, now that she could get a better look around. Atleast she wasn't as annoying, although it had only been a short time with them being here. The other female, she wanted no buisness with. The father away from her, the better.
Melanie eventually grew tired of their whisper and chattering, voicing her own opinions. "There's no hope for either of you. You're just wasting your time. I've kidnapped mages too before, and the only reason they got away, was because more of those rats came. No one is going to find you. " She snickered, stating the fact they held no hope. She could get herself out with no help just fine, she was not even worried about that in the slightest.

Evie fell silent for the time being, no other words were needed to be said or even desired. She tried her best to get some sort of new information for their escape plan, but it burned out into a failure unfortunately. No words were ever going to sway this man into the information they need. It was very unfortunate, but nothing could be done. She would carefully listen to Mizuki, nodding her head and whispering back. "You're right, that would only add fuel to the fire if any member found out. There's not a doubt in my mind about that, we cannot afford to allow him to find out. But hey ~ no matter what happens, I won't let anything bad happen to you, ok? You're like a sister to me." Evie would smile towards the younger girl, maybe it was just that they were both of royal status, or that they were pretty good friends, she always had this younger sister energy to her. It made Evie feel more connected to her, in a way. She hated to see Mizuki having to worry so much, if she could do anything to remediate that, she would do anything. But right now, they needed a plan of attack to commence, now that the male had taken his leave and they could now be left to come up with some sort of idea.
"You're right, the other crew members likely aren't easy to sway either or notably dumb. I agree with you, we have gathered as much information as we possibly could anyways. The longer we try to think of anything new, the more time we waste, time we cannot afford to lose. We can gather more information as it is provided to us, and change the plans should it become neccessary. As for the escape plan, it could prove to be difficult given how very little information we have to go off of. Were on a ship, going to some different location, for some motive of which we don't know for sure. All we know is it's a reason involving our magic. That begs to question. Are they stealing our magic, controlling it, having us fight, selling us? It could be a number of reasons. For the most part, we just need to keep attempting to slip ourselves out of these chains for the time being as that would probably be the best way to get out. As for the actual escape plan, I think it really depends. Are we eventually going to be seprated? We would need to memorize every last detail we pass by. If we can just reach some type of weapon to unhatch ourselves, but I don't see anything nearby." Evie stated as she glanced around for anything they could use. "I cannot think of another way instead of trickery and not knowing where we will be later on, it is hard to think. What do you think about it?" Evie asked, wondering if she had a plan they could use.
