Gusept's mindset is one of constant entertainment in some form. Whether it's games, personal building projects, flarping, or seeking some other entertainment, Gusept's mind is rarely completely at rest. He is a largely asocial troll, preferring to spend most nights at his hive or the surrounding forest, keeping himself entertained and not wanting to deal with the trouble of sharing or talking to other trolls if he can help it. While he doesn't go out of his way to go to social events, he does try to make more effort for people who he thinks would be interesting, and are willing to deal with some weirdness from him.

His favored hobbies include creating anything with his hands, including models, kits from various show's he's watched, and occasional renovations of his hive. In more social hobbies, he enjoys gaming in both the video and tabletop varieties, flarping, and sometimes just getting into the occasional fight for the adrenaline rush.

Though he has some groups that he plays with, many of them are only surface friendships, with only one or two members he talks to outside of coordinating meetups.

As a blueblood, imperial teachings have very much colored his view on both himself and other trolls, viewing castes far below him as expendable pests, and those above him as spoiled. He is willing to see certain trolls who he finds important as exceptions to the rule, rather than any kind of lesson on seeing their castes as people. Four Fronds' hunts have also reinforced this view, and while he finds the hunts that stray close to his hive annoying at times, they make for good entertainment, and remind him what happens if you go against the empire. As far as he's concerned, they brought whatever horrors they deal with on themselves.

In general, Gusept is stubborn, and while slow to respond emotionally, he feels intensely despite his colder exterior. He greatly values time spent with his friends, though even with them he will eventually run out of energy to give. His relationship with his lusus is largely mutually loving, but the two can butt heads on occasion, especially when it comes to his riskier preferences.

Home, Lusus, and Weapons

Home: Gusept's hive is built in the thick of the forest near Four Fronds, towering and as close to a castle as one of his caste can achieve, at least in aesthetic. Though the exterior is quite fine, the interior is far messier and more chaotic, with half-finished projects lying around and messes left for days or even weeks at a time.

Lusus: Gusept is watched over by a horse-like lusus named Sereem that towers over him, and most other trolls even in their older sweeps. She is fairly even-tempered in most interactions with Gusept, nurturing to a fault, but fiercely protective should she be brought near strangers or think he is in danger. Though she tries her best to teach Gusept compassion and patience he is, unfortunately, not willing to listen to her most of the time.

Weapons: Gusept's weapon of choice is a pair of handaxes that he uses both individually and dual-wields. He also has a greataxe at home that he hopes to use when he's bigger.
