She'd excel in most of these training missions, but found herself most at home in a colder climate where she was surrounded by ice and snow. Her comfort here and the serious training she was forced to endure led to her Nen taking a particular icy and snowy form.
With this ability, Fel is capable of turning her body to ice and snow as well as create weapons and structures from ice. Her powers take the form of a chilling wind that will form into different items. When attacking with any weapon, Fel is able to use her aura to augment regular strikes with freezing energy.
Nen Type: Transmuter Nen Sub-Types: Conjurer & Enhancer
Vow: Never harm a child (age 14 or younger) with Nen abilities Punishment: Entire body will become encased in ice for 96 hours (4 days)
Passive Abilities:
Fel's evasion is now equal to the Speed and Stealth stats combined, rather than the average of the two As long as Fel's Evasion Stat is 150 points higher than an attacker's Accuracy Stat, she can evade any attack by winning a roll. Fel must roll a 100-sided die and score 51 or higher. If so, the attack is avoided completely. Fel's Speed Stat is doubled.
Techniques:
Ice Needles Fel's summons a chilling wind to her hand. Icy needles will appear between her fingers. Each use of this technique creates 3 needles made of durable, solid ice that are able to be thrown at a target. Each of these needles can do 5 HP in damage. Only one can be thrown per standard action. Point Cost: 1SP / 5 Aura Nen Type: Transmuter & Conjurer Requirements: N/A
Ice Armor Fel summons a chilling wind that covers her body and solidifies into a solid, icy armor. The armor is strong and capable of taking away a lot of the impact of enemy attacks. While the armor is on damage is reduced by 10 HP. The armor lasts for five posts before it will crumble off of Fel's body. Point Cost: 4SP / 20 Aura Nen Type: Transmuter & Conjurer Requirements: N/A
Ice Katana Fel holds a hand out and calls upon a chilling wind to her open palm. The wind will coalesce and become solid ice that takes the form of a 5ft. katana. The blade is as strong as steel and just as sharp as the katanas from her homeland. This katana will last until dismissed by Fel. If it takes 50 HP in damage directly to the weapon, it will shatter. While using this weapon, basic attacks have a base amount of damage of 25 HP plus the standard scaling with the Strength Stat. Point Cost: 10SP / 50 Aura Nen Type: Transmuter & Conjurer Requirements: N/A

Scan & WriteDescription: Harval has always been a sight loving person so to speak. It is why he reads, because he believes words are just as beautiful as pictures, it is why he is a treasure hunter as the mere sight of glorious treasures pleased him, it is even why he often seems extremely superficial at times. However when he learned how to see aura, he felt like there was something missing. Like Auras were hiding something more glorious, more informative, more intricate than what he was seeing, and of course as he developed his personal Hatsu he came to the knowledge that it was so true.
Unlike other Nen Users, Harval is capable of seeing aura in a much more detailed, intricate, and as he puts it beautiful or glorious. To him Aura appears along with numbers, letters, words and the like, as well as with differences even within a single person's aura. Which essentially turns another person's aura into something like a Data Book for him. It allows him to be aware of general strengths and weaknesses of a person, their physical capabilities, even how strong their aura itself is, or how good they are at manipulating their aura. He can even see when aura is being manipulated in different ways enough so to be able to tell which of the Nen Basics are being applied and where, which can allow him to see through In if he is paying enough attention. Not do these intricate details to aura allow him to see differences within a single person's aura....but even similarities in multiple people's auras, which can allow him to figure out what Nen Types people are capable of.
However his Hatsu does not stop at simply being able to see these things. Harval is in fact capable of writing, rewritinig, overwritiing a person's aura, which in turn can have certain unique effects ranging from the dispersal of the usage of Nen in some cases, increasiing or decreasing physical or aura based capabilities, changing their emotional state, or and even altering the target of a projected nen based attack. He however can not write a person into being incapable of using their aura, or being infinitely weaker or stronger than they already are.
Nen Type: Specialization Nen Sub-Types: Manipulation & Emission
Vow: Not to intentionally cause a fatal injury to another Nen User using their own Nen. Punishment: Complete Loss of Sight
Passive Abilities:
Harval also has Enhancement as a Third Sub-Type, this is because he is capable of applying the effects of his capabilities to himself. The levels of Harval's Nen Sub-Types are equal to his Specialization Level, running at 100% Efficiency typically. Harval's base Aura Stat is Doubled.
Techniques:
Emotional Support After reading where in a person's aura their emotional state is Harval will touch a person and rewrite their emotional state from what it currently is to a different state. This is often something he does in order to calm people down but can be used to make people angry or even seem confused. This does not directly change a character's actions, it merely changes them from one emotion such as happiness to another emotion such as anger. It also does not last any specific amount of time, it simply happens. Nothing is stopping another thing happening to make their emotional state change again. Point Cost: 1SP / 1 Aura Nen Type: Specialization/Manipulation Requirements: None
Overwrite - Attack After seeing a projectile nen based attack Harval projects his aura upon it and overwrites it's intended target, destination, or direction to a different one. Point Cost: 10SP / Variable Aura Nen Type: Specialization/Emitter Requirements: Cost of this is equal to the cost of the ability that is being disabled.
Write-In - Durability Harval writes in an buff and increases the durabilty of himself or another person through the use of his aura. Increases Endurance by 25% of Harval's Max Aura. If used on himself he may pay the upkeep cost to keep this ability in effect. If used on another person Harval may pay the upkeep cost to keep the ability in effect so long as he is in constant physical contact with the person. If physical contact is broken the duration is 3 posts. Point Cost: 10SP / 50 Aura [5 Upkeep] Nen Type: [Emitter, Enhancer, Transmuter, etc.] Requirements: Defense stat can not be 0.
