We will get there eventually but there is no timeline for that presently

Are daily stamps still soul bound? Because the lock has disappeared from all items but those are the only ones that don't have the little 'this item is soulbound' blurb, so people might think they could trade the unopened stamps only for it to not be true.

We're actually allowing soul bound items to be trashed or sold back to store, per Gaians requests. Please let me know if you come across any problems.
Soul bound items still cannot be traded to another Gaian.

I'm just curious, is there a reason why only one of my mules has to use the captcha? I do three accounts everyday on Chrome, but only the second one (and interestingly the only one to use plat) has me use the captcha. Are plat users more likely to get the captcha to prevent abuse?

Captcha is triggered by a lack of activity, especially activity in the forums, so that might have something to do with it.

It's possible, but very difficult—It's not optimized for mobile yet, so if you worry about your data or of if you have an older phone, it might not be the right fit just yet.

As of right now, what should we expect as turn around time for customer service tickets?
I have waited a month now with no response. A friend of mine sent the same question and got a response within a week and I am sitting at a month and 4 months without my trading pass. I honestly feel disheartened and feel like leaving the site..
I also pmed a mod because I didn't know where to turn... Got no response (maybe it wasn't their responsibility)
I'm sorry if I sound rude.. I'm just frustrated at this point.

Unfortunately are tickets are pretty backlogged at the moment as our team is small and we're trying to work on some other areas of support to help improve user experience (such as bringing on more moderators and Forum Assistants). Right now I can't give you a definitive ETA on turn around time, but if you feel your ticket has been waiting an extra long time please feel free to reach out to a mod (as you have) and they'll be able to get an answer.
Rest assured that if a ticket is in your ticket history and hasn't been replied to yet, we'll be getting back to you. I can certainly understand the frustration and I apologize for the long wait time, we're reviewing our system and procedure to see how else we might be able to expedite this process for you and others in a similar situation.

If anything, just knowing general things (like at this time, we'll see a ticket, a bundle, and an LQI, then at another we see a couple of LQRs, etc.) could at least start to give us some time to plan. With Thanksgiving approaching and we're making all of plans, it'd be nice to get even a small idea of what we can expect for the sale so we can add that to our plans as well!

We'll be posting a full schedule on Thursday morning! Turns out the graphics are not quite ready so we pushed it out till Thursday morning instead of Wednesday.

I know there's one in the works but I can't give an ETA quite yet,
Golden Catch falls into the "gold shop" category, so it gets a rotation slot between regular gold shops and loyals—and when the items are ready, we'll push it live!

Would you guys ever consider giving users the ability to buy multiple items at once on the MP?
For example, I'm currently collecting the Beyond set - while I'm grateful there are multiple listings, it's a pain the butt to buy them one at a time.

Yeah we have plans for shopping cart for both the regular shop and MP. Hopefully we'll get to these features in the near future.

Would Gaia consider updating the rules for artists on accepting and advertising RLC Commissions on Gaia?
This could encourage a lot more artist to come to the site, (and spend that money they get on the site!) especially if Gaia plans on adding image hosting to the site in the coming years!

Unfortunately I don't see us reversing our stance on this anytime soon. The reason being that we ultimately have no way to verify any of the transaction and we're not going to be equipped to. If the commissioner or artist has an issue with payment, delivery, etc then Gaia has no way of actually ensuring anything took place. That's one of the main reasons why we don't allow Gaians to make these deals on site.

Could Gaia add more meaning to the tip system in forums/guilds by giving gaians the option to include a reaction or tiny message with their tips?
People tip posts for various reasons beyond just saying I like/agree with your post. I have a tendency to tip to tell people I read their post and I intend on replying later or to say thank you or I got you. It would be nice if tips came with either a special emote or a pre-written message that could communicate something to the recipient with minimum effort which would be immensely helpful for mobile users like myself who have a hard time making quick forum responses.
