To co-own a pet officially and qualify for co-owning rights, all of the owners involved must be on the cert. A pet is not officially co-owned until it has all of the owners on its cert. Co-owners cannot enter the pet into any breedings, make plans, etc. until their name is officially on the cert.
There is a limit to how many co-owners you can have. There can only be two co-owners per pet.
If something is wrong, we'll list it. Red text means that something is still needed (one owner needs to agree, something wasn't done correctly, etc.). If one of the cert links turns out to be broken or if you just forgot it entirely, please edit the original agreement post and then post the "We fixed our mistake!" form to let us know. <3
Agreements can be edited and broken. When breaking a co-ownership, if the other has been inactive for more than three months or the other owner refuses to cooperate for whatever reason, please PM Jokoa Realm to discuss things. What we consider inactivity: no posts in the main thread or the guild, no replies to messages, no contact whatsoever. If you're editing or breaking an agreement, please quote the original version and then state what is happening (new edits made to the agreement, dissolving the agreement, etc.).
Don't pester us about updating things. Updates will always be completed. However, RL comes first. Please don't pester us about updating this thread or anything like that. However, if your info hasn't been added after one (or more!) month, please PM Jokoa Realm to discuss the situation!

DEFAULT CO-OWNERSHIP TERMS:
- Unless specified otherwise by the co-owners, these are the default co-ownership terms that will be assumed.
The agreement of both owners is needed to enter the pet in any type of breeding.
The agreement of both owners is needed to officially mate the pet.
Each owner is entitled to an equal share of the pet's children. How those children are split during each individual breeding is completely up to the owners.
The agreement of both owners is needed before assigning the pet to a pack.
Each owner has RP rights to the pet.
Each owner has signature rights to the pet.
Both co-owners must agree to break a co-ownership (Unless: 1) one of the co-owners is blacklisted, 2) one of the co-owners has been inactive for more than three months. In those cases, the remaining owner will be granted full ownership, if they wish to pursue it).
