No bribing, whining, complaining, crying, etc. We're all adults/teenagers here, so let's act like 'em, alright?
To co-own a pet officially and qualify for co-owning rights, all of the owners involved must be on the cert. A pet is not officially co-owned until it has all of the owners on its cert.
There is a limit to how many co-owners you can have. There can only be three co-owners per pet.
Agreements can be edited and broken. When breaking a co-ownership, if the other has been inactive for more than eight months or the other owner refuses to cooperate for whatever reason, please PM Jokoa Realm to discuss things. What we consider inactivity: no posts in the main thread or the guild, no replies to messages, no contact whatsoever. If you're editing or breaking an agreement, please quote the original version and then state what is happening (new edits made to the agreement, dissolving the agreement, etc.). However, if there is a specific clause in the co-ownership explicitly stating that all rights remain intact even in the event of an owner becoming inactive, nothing can be done.
Don't pester us about updating the lists. List updates will always be completed. However, RL comes first. Please don't pester us about updating this thread or anything like that. However, if your info hasn't been added after one (or more!) month, please PM Jokoa Realm to discuss the situation!

Unless specified otherwise by the co-owners, these are the default co-ownership terms that will be assumed.
The agreement of both owners is needed to enter the pet in any type of breeding.

The agreement of both owners is needed before assigning the pet to a pack.
Each owner has RP rights to the pet.
Each owner has signature rights to the pet.
Both co-owners must agree to break a co-ownership (Unless: 1) one of the co-owners is blacklisted, 2) one of the co-owners has been inactive for more than eight months. In those cases, the remaining owner will typically be granted full ownership, if they wish to pursue it).

Ownership ChangePath of the Dragon posted in the certing thread saying they wished to have all of their pets to be given to Of The Epidemic with 100% rights to everything. Screen Shot of Path's PostI cross posted it in here so there wasn't any chance it would get lost and it seemed like the proper place for it. Epi contacted me saying Path does not want to come back on gaia to move her post so I did this for her.

I'm formally SnowLeopardCub. I'm requesting the removal of my co-owner (Lupine_Warrior) from the cert and the removal of their rights. They are no longer on Gaia and I've not heard from them in years. Thank you for your time.

I would like to nullify the pending co-ownership between Taneko (myself) and Not The Plushi for KaiorgaReason: they never accepted the co-ownership agreement and have since left Gaia (Last seen posting in September '14)

I would like to nullify the non official co-ownerships between Chi Sohma (myself) and DragonEnchantress for the following pets:
Elda Mihara Why; I solely Paid $25 ($50 for the pair) irl (in waja irl currency )for her to Mhyr and paid tip to Shikai-Chan for them, As such I will retain full ownership and dissolve the unofficial co-ownership with said owner.
Freya Mihara Why; I solely Paid $25 ($50 for the pair) irl (in waja irl currency )for her to Mhyr and paid tip to Shikai-Chan for them, As such I will retain full ownership and dissolve the unofficial co-ownership with said owner.
Adelind Why; I solely won him in the pokemon event so I dissolve the co-ownership with DE.
Bathial Why; We won a joint auction and we agreed upon myself keeping Bathial and we agreed she would solely keep Gazardiel .
I relinquish my rights from the following pets:
Gazardiel ( he is the back winged lion ) Why; We won a joint auction and we agreed upon myself keeping Bathial and we agreed she would solely keep Gazardiel .
Reason: There were no official co ownership agreements for ANY them, and the owner DragonEnchantress has been banned from the shop, and thus I am now officially taking the time to separate any certs we have together and retaining the pets I paid for or won myself. Additionally a pm was sent to DE that she could keep Freya as a bargain to keep the peace, but after her banning, I dissolve this un-official agreement and will be keeping the full rights to Freya. Thank you

If Kittyintheraiyn does not rp the pet at all in [1] year, Chi Sohma can assume rp rights to continue the character's legacy. His personality must remain intact. // An attempt at contact must be made after [1] year, prior to Chi Sohma assuming control of the character.
