PERSONALITY: At the root of the half-demon Alec's existence there lies the conflict of human and demon. The fear or anger at his lack of belonging caused darkness to be in his heart. However, through the involvement of Sabertooth and friends, he was comforted and able to develop a strong and gentle disposition. Immediately after being released from experimentation laboratory, Alec wanted to find himself, to figure out who he is, to learn what he is capable of. In the rage of battles, he ceased to have concerns for the lives of others. However, after meeting Miuna and other human friends, he came to understand the truth about being a demon and began to search for true strength of spirit. His intention to become a vile demon went from finding his place in the world to wanting to protect his companions. However, despite how cynical and anti-social he outwardly behaves, the sides of himself that he reveals in casual moments exposes his good inner nature. He cannot hide his true feelings. Although some of his friends describe him as "easily deceived and honest to a fault" and "unable to understand the subtleties of the human spirit", his personality is difficult to dislike. Alec is extremely susceptible to spells and trickery, and has a blunt, almost brutal honesty about most things, which is why he often seems to be rude and disrespectful to others. Despite his tough and insensitive exterior, he truly cares for his friends who are as good as family to him, for each of them, in their own way, saved him from his loneliness. On another note; he tends to act like a dog would. Shaking off any wetness from his clothes, or getting down on all four to sniff the ground for a target.
Even when Alec's life was in danger, he refuses to back down. Enemies are taken aback by his unorthodox fighting style and he achieved greater victories than his abilities would suggest. Alec is driven by a fierce, persistent determination to win and his guts in battle have proved to let him get a favorable result. However, his volatile emotions often turn into childish behavior and becomes tiresome to his friends. Alec himself cannot control his tumultuous soul.
Even if seriously wounded, the moment he detects the presence of those he must protect at all costs he would completely forget the pain. The overflow of his emotions went beyond his body's limits. This is especially true when any of his greatest friends is involved. Alec is incredibly hotheaded and easy to upset, often striking out with his fists at the source of his annoyance. He often even hits little kids if they bothered him enough as well. He, however does hold a chivalrous side, as he refuses to physically harm human women under any circumstance (though, demonic women are an exception). He is impatient by nature and can be very prideful, having much difficulty to admit he was wrong about something. Alec has said that it's best to kill anyone who bares their teeth as soon as possible, but sometimes-special circumstances prevent him from doing so. He hates those that kill for fun and gladly rescues people in torment. He realized that all life is equally important which is a huge contrast from how he once was. Alec hates to kill humans and even if they are lowly bandits, he is consumed with guilt. He has a strong distaste for people who ostracized from others for just being different, which he likens to his own lonely, miserable childhood.
BIOGRAPHY: Alec was born in a rather poor neighborhood, however it did not matter as he had a very loving mother. His father walked out on him when he was just a newborn; and he never knew why. His mother knew, but she would tell lies that he was on some big job that he couldn't come home because he was helping all the people everywhere whom needed help. He was an only child, however he held a friend closely in his heart. Alec didn't have very many friends as a child, but he met a much younger girl named Miuna who gave him half a heart charm, keeping the other half herself. She told him with that on hand, the friendship inside that charm would help him be strong. As he didn't have a father figure, the younger child often felt bad for him. She looked up to him as a older brother type, and often looked out for him. However; one stormy night Alec was waiting to meet up somewhere with Miuna as he heard something on the news about her family, and wanted to help give her shelter and comfort if she'd needed it. While waiting, a strange set of males would surround the young child, all looking at a picture before staring back towards him. They would speak quietly among st themselves, before realizing this boy was the one there master was looking for. Grabbing him, they all pulled him into a large van beside the road, and drove off with him in it. Once at the laboratory; they would put him in a secret room and run experiments on him.
The scientists figured the small child held no magical powers in his body, which there theory soon proved to be incorrect. It had been a few months since Alec remained in what felt like hell, when something went wrong in the laboratory. There was too much unstable negative energy building, causing some of the machines to break and explode while the men went crazy attempting to fix them. Alec would take the chance to escape, however when anyone got too close, his nails would extend and slash out at anyone and knocked them over. He used that to get away, eventually making his way outside and ran all the way home by himself. Once home, he'd run into his mothers delicate arms as tears were sliding down her cheek for fear of almost losing her dear son. When asked who he was and what he is, she'd come to understand that he deserved an answer. Telling the story, his mother explained that long ago, she had fell madly in love with a very powerful demon. However, after being together for quite some time, they realized they could not stay together. Many of the demons were against other demons marrying humans, and even vowed to find this woman and kill her if these ways human to demon interaction was continued. However, the powerful demon still had a child with the one he loved; and left the boy with her as a sort of parting gift and a thank you. He hoped this child could keep her company, to even protect the woman. After learning this, Alec would agree to forever protect her; to be by her side. He would train in the backyard, perfecting his abilities and practicing to get even stronger. He worried for his mother, and for everyone around him. If such a rule truly existed, and if he really was half demon, than he might possibly be a threat to everyone around him. Knowing that, scared him most of all.
Alec lived beside his mother for fifteen years, and trained for practically the rest of his life. He trained so much, and than tragedy fell upon his home. A couple of demons had attacked, as the mother continued to bend the rules time after time. They gave her a chance to kick the child out and live, but the woman refused. For that, the demons marched inside the house and brutally killed her for not taking there word. Alec was home at the time, and witnessed the final moment of her breathe right before she had died in there hands. Feeling rage quell over him, he rushed at the men and fought them all, fighting harder than he's ever fought before and managed to beat them all. After they were out; he ran away and got an apartment somewhere else. For a time, he went crazy with power and became a sadistic demon only seeking power. He practically cut all of his friends from his lives. He was afraid to get close to anyone, scared they would be killed as well and realized he could not trust humans. However, after reuniting for a time with Miuna and even others who he became friends with, came to realize maybe he could trust humans. Alec managed to find a forever home after quite some time of traveling all alone, a home within the guild of Sabertooth. There, he worked harder than ever to train and make some money on jobs. Although; he wasn't as sweet and innocent anymore. His attitude became rude and power hungry. He said things to others that would otherwise hurt there feelings somewhat; and pushed away any possible friendships. What he says is usually not what is perceived deep in his heart. Though he may make fun of one or say something offensive, he actually means the opposite and only his closest friends would come to realize this. Unknowingly; he realized within Sabertooth; he had an elder half brother which for the longest time of his life he had not known about. He wasn't sure how to feel about that; though he seems to dislike the guy by throwing insults, way deep down he treasures his family and is very protective to him whenever the time would arise. Alec lives most of the day training hard, and getting stronger so he can protect the ones he loves, until his dying breath. Alec wears a kimono given to him from his mother, which works as armor. It protects against most attacks, and even holds regenerative properties.
