Name: Cersei Sidera

In Greek mythology, Circe (Greek: Kírkē “Κίρκη”) was a goddess of magic (or sometimes a nymph, witch, enchantress or sorceress). The name Sidera is a Latin baby name. In Latin the meaning of the name Sidera is Luminous.

☆ Tropical Mermaid - A mermaid with bright scales that lives in warm oceans or other bodies of water. They are known for their bright scales and bright hair colors unnatural to humans. This is so they can camouflage with the bright coral in reefs. They are also said to be the most common species of mermaid.
☆ Mermaid Lagoon- An area of Neverland where mermaids live. Located somewhere near Neptune City, where Cersei has lived most her life. Ruled by Queen Coraline

Likes:

♡ Mythology/Mythical creatures in general - Cersei's active imagination allows her to enjoy the stories told by Peter pan. She also enjoys reading books or hearing anything about mythology in general. As a human she has a Dragon Plush To remind her of these stories. Her favorites are the stories about Kyto and how his evil plans are always foiled by the smallest contributions.
♡ Reading - Cersei's imagination is fueled by the books she reads. This also makes her very smart & a quick learner because the books usually deteriorate faster underwater. So Cersei would have to read them quick enough before they were no longer readable.
♡ Adventure - Cersei has a deep wanderlust to see the world beyond and get to know humans and other mythical creatures a lot more. She wants to gain a better understanding of the world beyond and even tell stories of her own.
♡ Drawing & Daydreaming - Cersei longs to get her creative ideas on paper. Sometimes during class she'll draw a picture of a mythical creature such as a dragon or fairy, and sometimes get in trouble for this.
Dislikes:

☠ Villians - Cersei dislikes people who do not take responsibility for their mistakes. Being open and carefree also means being honest. she hates when people lie or do things just to mess with other people
☠ Getting scolded - It's very embarrassing to get called out for drawing or daydreaming in class. Cersei is also very shy, so having to go to the front to answer a question on the blackboard can be especially frightening.
☠ When water ruins books - Human books are not very waterproof, so reading them can be quite frustrating when some of her favorite books begin to suffer from water damage.
☠ Spiders - As a human, this is Cersei's least favorite thing about the surface. Their tangled webs and long legs are really irking and frightening to her. If she sees one, she'll avoid it as much as she can.

Personality: Cersei appears to be very shy as she withdraws herself from others sometimes. At school, she'll be seen in a desk by a window or the back corner of the room, Daydreaming most of the time. She also has a wild imagination and a creative spark in her as she'll even draw during class sometimes. She also does her best to see the good in others, even bullies or the evil pirates she hears about. This drives her curiosity of the human world since she believes humans aren't all bad.
History: Cersei was born by Neptune City. One of the largest mermaid cities in Neverland. While Cersei lived in this city most of her life, she does not have much pride for it as she is always thinking about leaving to go explore the seas and beyond. She constantly travels to Mermaid grotto to listen to Peter pan's stories. She stays there alot because she believes that it is the one true magical place in her life that she can escape to before she has to return back to Neptune City. One day, while heading to Mermaid Grotto, a storm swept her off course- which caused her to be desperately lost. While swimming aimlessly around the ocean, she encountered a pirate ship and attempted to ask for help. This was a dumb move on her part since she was captured and forced to work on their ship.
While working, the ship was spotted by sirens who were able to hypnotize everyone on the ship except for Cersei since she was a mermaid as well. To them, she looked human due to her ability to morph from human to mermaid. Without the siren's help, the boat drifted off course until it was encountered by rocks. Cersei went to try and take the wheel, but the ship was destroyed by the rocks. The next day, Cersei found herself on the mainland.
Weaknesses: When she is alone, she can appear cold and uninterested in what's going on around her because she is in her own world. Especially while Daydreaming and sketching. Her belief that anyone can be a good person also causes her to misplace her trust a lot.
Strengths: Her creative personality has earned her a reputation for being a good artist & drawer at school. Her trusting attitude also allows her to be easier to approach and talk to despite being a loner.
Goals: As a human, Her goals are to become a great artist. She even hopes to run her own shop someday. However, one of her biggest dreams is to fall in love.
Mementos, Trinkets, or reminders: Cersei is not of royal blood and probably never will be. She was raised by Queen Caroline's servants who found her as a child. When she was found, she had a small pearl locket around her neck, which she still carries with her to this day. Inside the locket, is a picture of her parents & herself as a baby. It is the only thing she has to remind her of home. Her parent's current whereabouts are unknown.

Probably neverland. But to prevent them from going after her, my excuse is that their whereabouts are unknown. Maybe they were kidnapped by pirates when she was little? idk. She was raised by castle servants most of her life, so she has little memory of her mermaid parents.

While the servants may worry for her, they may know that she had plans to explore and run away because she always fled to Mermaid Grotto to hear Peter pan's stories of adventure. These stories are what inspired her to leave the mundane life of a servant and go explore the human world. Her documentation of Peter's stories are in the pictures she will probably draw during the school day.

She also knows her family name was Sidera, because her parent's names are engraved on the back of the amulet. Along with her own. If she is adopted by another family (which seems likely) Sidera will become her middle name. Once she is older and stronger, she may set out to find them- but the choice is hers.

If her "human" family takes Cersei in, Cersei will be very thankful at that point and depending on her life situation she may say that she "already has a family" and not go looking for them after all. She barely knows her real parents. so she is unsure of how they'd act if they knew she was alive. However, there is no conformation that they are dead.
