He's fairly average height. Tattoos over a good portion of his body. Fair skin." She spoke about him, listing off the things she'd noticed over the time they lived together, things she liked about him, things she really liked about him. Then she looked at the girl. "Is it difficulr. Not being able to see?" She asked as she tilted her head a bit, curiosity getting the best of her as she looked her over. The girl intrigued Rose. She rang up the total. "Your total is 2.48." She told her after a moment, waiting for the money and am answer, hoping she didn't offend hher. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

From what little she had seen before she had learned to keep her power hidden, she could somewhat see what the man had looked like. ▹Fae hadn't shown much interest in the opposite sex, or the same sex for that matter, because of her ability. More like curse. In the romance novels she had read in her lifetime, eye contact was a key part in both friendships and romantic relationships. The act was intimate in itself. ▹"Is it difficult. Not being able to see?" Rose asked. ▹"..." Fae stiffened. "You have...no idea..." ▹She so wished she could see. She wished she could see without making people hallucinate like a f*cking druggy. But it was her responsibility to keep herself from hurting anyone else. ▹Her eyes drooped, and her small smile dissipated. She pulled a five dollar bill from her pocket and placed in on the counter. ◃
Felix was sorting the music when he came across a cd he had been eyeing for Rose. Carrying that one over to where the two girls where. He approached them but mainly spoke to Rose. "Dude! Rose, I found that album I was telling you about at home. Ill set it to the side it on sale so I'll pick it up after work!" He said likely way more excited about finding a cd than most people would be and these kinda thing showed how eccentric and dorky he was. Hopefully his sudden appearance didn't spook the other girl, the carpeting before the cafe' was pretty damn sound proof. Plus he had begun talking before his shoes would have made a sound on the dark cafe' tile.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Rose listened to the girl and got her the change for her drink. She watched her expression change and thought for a moment. "Here" She told here. "A double Chico chocolate chunk muffin. On me. Something's gotta turn that frown upside down." She told her as she gently placed the muffin in her hand. That's when Felix showed up. She turned to see him practically jumping up and down like a hyper puppy, going on about a CD hed told her about. Smiling and laughing a bit, Rose nodded. "Alright. Calm down though" She told him, "You might freak out our new friend just a little bit if you dont." She looked at the girl then at Felix once more and smiled. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

◃ ▹Fae let a little smile curl at the corner of her lips. Rose was being very kind, almost as kind as her father had once been. Before she killed him. ▹Her small smile disappeared and she retreated into herself once more. ▹"I'm thankful," Fae said to the barista. She took the muffin into her hands, and took a small nibble from it. ▹Mmmm... Chocolate. Being blind meant that most of her senses were amplified. The richness of the chocolate was one of the most distinct flavors she had ever tasted. ▹"This is really good!" she said. ▹When Felix came up behind her, however, she let out a small shriek, and her eyes flew open for a quick second. The muffin went flying, and the girl squeezed her eyes shut almost painfully, painting a faux smile on her face. ▹"Yes, you're quite energetic..." ◃

Felix wouldn't have seen the girl facial reaction. Luckily he muffin landed on the counter so that was safe but he still felt bad for spooking her. "Oh no! I'm sorry I forget how quiet I walk!" He approached being a bit noisier this time. He made sure the muffin would be found by her again by setting it back in her hands. "The chocolate kept it together you maybe lost a crumb or two." Felix said hoping he didn't spook her too bad.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Rose watched the two and looked at Felix as he picked the muffin up that the girl dropped. She felt that feeling again. the jealousy that had started once earlier. She looked behind her, having a strange feeling and noticed a few things beginning to hover. Her eyes widened as they fell, one being a glass cup. she went to catch it as it fell but missed it by an inch. It hit the floor and shattered. She stood and groaned before turning back around. She looked at Felix again and sighed. "I'm sorry you two, I must get back to work. Um, if you need anything Miss, please ask. There are some tables that you can sit at if you would like to rest or anything." she explained before going to grab a broom. She returned and began to sweep up the glass, cursing herself silently for how she was reacting to this. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

◃ ▹"Thank you..." she said to Felix. A blush was on her cheeks. ▹Suddenly, the sound of shattering glass met Fae's ears. She jumped a little. ▹The young woman offered her help to the barista, concerned. ▹"Do you need any help? I may not be much, but I can attempt..." ◃

Felix was glad the girl handled the spook well. He did spot the glasses floating but before he could silently point them out to Rose she turned and they fell. He winced when the sound of shattered glass reached his ears. It also grabbed the managers attention who was nearby. Feilx knew how to draw suspicions away. "Sorry for the noise just helping our lovely costomer and I knocked something over! You know I got butterfingers!" He called to the manager. It wasnt wrong, he usully ended up dropping something or juggle catching things a lot. The manager shrugged accepting the lie and went back to manager stuff.

She looked at him and sighed softly. "Thank you" She told him as she picked the larger shards up and dumped them into the trashcan. She then swept the smaller pieces into a pile and into the dustpan before disposing of them. Sighing once more She put the broom back in place and smiled as she looked at them. "See? All done." She explained as she looked at them. She went to the sink and washer her hands before returning. "Felix can you direct our new friend to the tables so she can relax and enjoy her drink and muffin?" But she doesn't. ▹"I'd appreciate that," she says in response to Rose asking for Felix to assist her. ▹She hoped she wasn't being too much. Really. And she hoped that there weren't any more opportunities to hurt either of them. ▹That would... suck. Badly. ◃

Felix didn't mind taking blame for the glass breaking, take some heat off Rose. Rose asked he he would help theier new friend to a table. Feeling silly he didn't think to do that he would do just that. "Oh silly me, definitly. Lets get you a nice corner spot." Felix said carefully using a hand on the shoulder to help guide as her hands where full. "Hey if you need anything else holler for me or Rose we will both be nearby." He said once the made it to the table. On his way back to the CDs he spotted a guy tring to be all suave and flirt as Rose made his drink. This seemed to fustrate him more than what seemed normal. He watched to see what Rose would do before he jumped in.Mabye she had this, if not he was ready to jump in.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Rose finished cleaning up when a few more customers joined her at the counter. She got their orders taken care of and rose a brow as a young man ordered a drink. After she made it, he tried to strike up a conversation and began to flirt with her. Rose noticed how hard he was trying and rose a brow. She took a breath and smiled softly. "I'm sorry sir, but I am not looking for anything other then a customer who needs to take his drink and go." she explained as she looked at him. The customer grew angry and irritated before walking away. Rose sighed and shook her head before cleaning her area once more and smiling. She looked up and noticed Felix. "Like the show?" she asked him as she looked at him and leaned on the counter. "I kind of hate guys like that." she explained, "I bet he flirts with every girl he comes across." ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
