☆ Prince Stephan was born into a royal family that lived within a kingdom by the beach.
He is not from France, but from a kingdom somewhere in Europe by the sea.
Likes:
♡ Anything related to water - Surfing, Sailing, Swimming, pretty much anything related to water- Stephan will enjoy. He has lived in various places near the ocean all his life and enjoys what the sea has to offer him on the surface. If he is upset, he'll often come to the beach to relax.
♡ Adventure - Prince Stephan is very daring, brave, and curious about the world around him. This fuels his wanderlust to go and explore the world before he has to take on larger responsibilities as king
♡ Music - He enjoys any type of music. He has a deep appreciation for it since it (Sometimes) creates a mood which he enjoys.
♡ The girl who rescued him - Stephan feels as though he owes a great debt to the mermaid (Lena) who saved him from a shipwreck the night of his birthday. He only saw her once, but he has deep feelings for her and hopes to find her one day so he can thank her and possibly share his feelings for her.
Dislikes:
☠ Storms - Storms can be quite nasty, especially out on the open seas. They also prevent him from going outside and exploring, which can leave him in a state of boredom if he is stuck inside. They also caused his family's boat to capsize and for him to nearly drown.
☠ Losing Lena - Lena is the one who saved him, while he wants her to be happy, he would be heartbroken if she ended up with someone else or was killed.
☠ Threats to the kingdom - His kingdom is where his family lives. If there is a threat to it, he will do anything he can to stop it.
☠ Responsibility - Stephan fears that he will not be a great king when the time comes and often pushes away his troubles by Sailing or going on adventures. With someone by his side, he would feel alot more comfortable ruling a large kingdom.

Personality:

History:
Last summer, he had moved to France with his family to have a taste of what a "normal" life was like.
His birthday was during the summer shortly before he made any friends.
To celebrate his birthday with his family, he was on his boat enjoying his birthday celebration when it began to storm,
causing his ship to capsize.
When the ship sank, a mermaid helped him reach the surface and prevented him from drowning.
Grateful for being saved, he hoped to find the one who saved him so that he could thank her- And possibly confess his love to her.
As of recently, He found the one who saved him.
Lena Archer, a mermaid turned human shortly after he had been saved.
Stephan is aware that Lena was (and may still be)
a mermaid (in some way, shape, or form) and he does not mind it.
Being saved, has allowed him to have a more open mind towards mermaids
and magical creatures in general.
He will do anything in his power to protect Lena.
Now, his goal is to overcome his newfound fear of deep waters since
he questions his abilities in it after a near-death experience
(almost drowning).
He would love to obtain another boat and give sailing a go again.
However, swimming might be tougher to tackle.
Weaknesses:
His daring and adventurous personality can sometimes put him in over his head,
which can lead to trouble if he cannot handle the situation.
Hence why he may have gone sailing on a slightly cloudy day.
Strengths:
Prince Stephan is very strong & polite,
which makes it easy for him to make friends.
He will often put other people's wants and needs before his own,
even if it means facing a newfound fear - water.
