Fill it out to the best of your ability and knowledge! We definitely like being able to know as much as you can possibly remember. The only way to get access back to those accounts is through this process as it helps us verify that you are the original account owner.

Did you file a Help Center ticket (as in, it had a ticket number starting with 5630-) or a regular report (which has a number that doesn't start with 5630-?) If you filed the latter, our team is working through this queue and will get to you as soon as we can. If it's the former, then please go ahead and file a ticket at http://www.gaiaonline.com/scamming

No update since my status last week, still going through them, the current goal is that everyone should get an e-mail back before the end of the month and then from there we can make sure you get your boxes (or refunds, if you requested those).

We don't have it yet because the feature is a bit resource intensive for those with large inventories. After we get the inventory related features in place we'll work on this feature.

Yes, that is one of our top 3 projects to do. After we have the item sorting and filter features in place, item tagging feature will be next.

There are a ton of stuff to test when it's close to ready. We will probably have SCAS testers run the feature for a few weeks when it's ready, and we will make an announcement by then. It should be about 4 weeks away.

We are aware of the issue. And more than likely your ticket isn't being ignored just that it is a bug the Developers haven't gotten a fix for yet. As soon as they do I am sure you will be replied to.

How is the inflation/new currency project going to effect Lake Kindred? We get that it's being "blamed" for causing so much gold being generated but it's MAJORLY concerning the hundreds of players who are NON-CASH USERS DEPENDING ON IT to keep up with the economy with new items often going on sale (and staying that way) in the 100,000,000,000s and even TRILLIONS at a gold cap currently at a number very few people have any idea how to pronounce. We sure as hell don't want another fiasco like what happened with the tree cap earlier this year.

The goal of the project is to allow Gaians to be able to earn more so we can afford things in the marketplace. We will be having our SCAS team test this aspect out before launch.

With Flash's days being numbered, it is understandable that Astras are losing their value, since they'll most probably become regular, static items once Flash is gone so, could you please remove/replace the Astra RIGs from LK? There're several areas that drop them and some (like Fafnir's Peak) drop more than one kind, and all they're doing is generating more unwanted Astras sweatdrop

When the mobile app is released, will alot of the "flash" games be available? zomg etc? or would zOMG get it's own app?
At the start, the app will feature inventory, dress up, forums, and shops. We may include some games later on. Right now we have no plans to put zomg on mobile.

I have a question about the Marriage feature on Gaia. All that I am aware of is that when a couple gets married they just have the perk of having shown as a status or what ever. Are there any other perks to it?
(This is a suggestion, I guess)
If not, would it be possible to have some sort of 'Shared Inventory' or 'Shared Gold Account'? I know there could be difficulties in the case of a divorce, but could it be possible to have some sort of tracker on the inventory items? And in the case of the 'shared gold account', is it possible to have the two parties agree to split it down the middle before the actual marriage?

The marriage feature is for status display only. To share resources or inventory would mean some serious dispute if any couple decide to separate. So for now, there are no additional features to go with it.

I have one ticket that I've been waiting to be address and/or fixed for nearly a year. I've been contacted about my issue, but after I replied back to the Help Center, I haven't heard anything about it and the last I checked, my ticket is still open.

We do have an archive of your old tickets even though they are not imported, so my best advice right now would be to go ahead and file a ticket through the new Help Center and reference the old ticket number you had. Don't wait on importing because that is going to be a massive project on its own.

I get a lot of Pm's and it takes a long time to write back to them all because of the timeout.
A lot of the times I fail to send important Pm's because its stuck on that ERROR MESSAGE screen and I walked away from my computer. Can it be more tame like how it is in forums?
