➳ How do they act?
- Jerome is the typical Alpha-male douche bag. He holds no regard for anyone other than himself, and has a very poor view of women, looking at them as if they are nothing more than objects for his amusement. JJ is quite arrogant, and very confident in his abilities. Being on the football team of Chicago High's Patriots came with high prestige. He is a star wide receiver, and Chicago's very own golden boy; loved by many and he uses that to his benefit at any chance he gets.
➳ What's their backstory?
- Raised on the rough side of Chicago, Jerome Johnson learned what life was about and quick. His father was a cop while his mother was a maid at a hotel, both doing their best to make ends meet. On a cop's salary, they weren't too bad off. The benefits were nice and seeing his Pops proudly wear that uniform was something most people in their neighborhood respected. Not everyone did though. As cats would occasionally try to test him but he'd shut him down. Jerome remembered his father being a hero.
That is until, two officers showed up one night on their doorstep real late and immediately as he crept down the steps he could see his Mom breaking down into tears. His Dad was dead.
With the insurance money of his untimely death and murder, they got out of their situation. Moved to a more safe side of Chicago. He grew up there and took up Football mostly because it reminded him of his Dad. As he grew up, his Mom started drinking more. She called it her way of 'calming down' after a hard day but everyone who knew her--knew there was a problem. She never hit him though and did eventually get help. Too bad the cancer had spread too quickly in her lungs. At age seventeen, his mother died leaving him with an abundance of funds and opportunity. By this time, he had a big future of him. Get drafted, go to NFL, live the dream. And if he didn't. It didn't hurt he had a couple hundred thousands to keep him comfortable. Gotta love life insurance policies.
Around at the time of his eleventh grade year and a little ways down the road since his Mom's passing there was a change about Jerome. Maybe it's always been that way or maybe not. But he remembered getting so drunk and so angry one night, that he could've sworn to have claws, crazy right? Three to be exact, had shot through his knuckles. He's still learning about them but has accepted with open arms being a super.
➳ Anything else we need to know?
- Jerome does not like Roman Young. Although he appears to when needed.
