These are the results of the four weekly shows that took place between FFA 2017 and Death Row
FFA 2017 #1
Landry Promo – Talks about how he wants to face Seita for the FFA title first, talks about his son and his legacy in FFA and why he deserves it. Vince, Grif, and 2.0 all come out and dispute, setting up a classic Fate Four Way match to determine the #1 Contender for Seita Gray’s FFA title.
FFA Tag Team Championship Match
The Bloody Stampede © vs The Hardly Boys – Fairly standard tag team match. Jonathan Leves def. Matt Tahke with a Buzzsaw Kick after the Red Mist blinding.
Backstage – King and Landry discuss their past and the coincidence that they both took out their own boys in the FFA match. Staredown. Laughter. Threats.
Backstage – Shane talks with Marx in his office about a future business opportunity. Marx blows him off, leaving Shane somewhat PO’d.
Marx vs Crestwood – Marx def. Crestwood via Superkick, but is attacked after the match viciously by Delta.
In Ring – Raj Delrey comes out and thanks the fans and his wife for their reception at the FFA match, despite not having been in FFA previously. Sephiroth comes out and they staredown. Raj shakes his head and leaves to some boo’s.
Backstage – Serenno and his siblings confront King about his betrayal in the FFA match. King seems very cold, and not pleased with Reno’s arguments, tells him to get out. Uncomfortable segment.
#1 Contender’s Match for the FFA Inferno Championship
Kurast vs Matthias – Kurast def. Matthias after a Gore
- After the match, Josh Madwahl comes out and floors both men with the Inferno title.
#1 Contender’s Fate Four Way for the FFA World Championship
Kelly King 2.0 vs Grif vs Vince Caputo vs Mike Landry – Grif eliminates Vince Caputo via OOA.
-Mike Landry eliminates Kelly King 2.0 via Heartbreaker after 2.0 get’s distracted by his kids coming down to ringside to cheer him on.
-Grif def. Landry with an OOA, winning the match.
-After the match, Seita Gray comes out onto the stage and then disappears in a flock of ravens, ending the show.
FFA 2017 #2
In Ring – Seita Gray comes out and talks about his dark evolutionary journey and the FFA Championship. He says that Grif can’t stop him, no one can stop Death.
Marx vs Delta – Match never takes place as Delta attacks Marx before the match starts and puts him through the announce table with a Delta Bomb.
Backstage – Shane is shown watching the carnage, pleased. Kimmi tries to get a comment from him, but Shane seems mostly interested in the television.
The Hardly Boys vs Kelsey and Katie – Kelsey def. Jeff with the Medusa’s Hammer to brutal effect.
In Ring – King calls out his family for a short public counseling. He verbally eviscerates Reno, and doesn’t even seem remotely concerned with Railery or Kayla. King says he is going to be the referee of Reno’s next match.
FFA Platinum Championship Match
Serenno vs The Monitor © w/ Kelly King 2.0 as Special Guest Referee
- The Monitor def. Serenno after a fast count. 2.0 had officiated the match in Monitor’s favor all match.
-After the match, 2.0 asks Reno how it feels when someone interferes in his business.
Backstage – Kimmi catches up with Kurast about the prior week. Kurast reveals Josh gave him a concussion so he can’t compete, while Matthias can. Kurast respects that and wishes Matthias luck, but that he’ll be coming for both Josh and Matthias asap with gore’s implied.
In Ring – Sephiroth comes out and judges Raj a coward and a one hit wonder despite all his legendary matches in other companies. Can’t hang permanently with FFA, and should hang it up completely.
Backstage – Grif talks with Karen about strategy against Seita Gray, seemingly discounting his eerie powers. J-Money comes in wanting to talk about their tag match instead, Grif sarcastically humors him and tells him to go talk to their other tag partners about it instead.
Grif, J-Money, and Team D&D vs James Caputo, Scope, Dodge, and Infido
-Hectic 8 man tag team match. Dodge def. J-Money with Honeymoon’s Over
-Seita Gray appears near the end of the match, scaring Grif and Team D&D away from the match entirely, causing J-Money to be isolated.
-Seita decimates James, Scope and Infido after the match. He lets Dodge go mysteriously, stares at Grif on the stage to end show.
FFA 2017 #3
Kelly King 2.0 vs Ambrosio – Kelly King 2.0 def. Ambrosio via Twisted Flow. Very good technical affair.
-After the match, 2.0 calls his son out to the ring. Reno comes out at first, but King shakes his head and clarifies he meant Carmyne. Reno watches as Carmyne comes out, confused, and is told by 2.0 that he is going to be the next FFA Platinum Champion.
Backstage – Josh Madwahl shines his championship. Kurast comes in and throws him up against a wall. Josh cowers back as Kurast threatens him for injuring him and then hiding the previous week. Wishes him luck against Matthias sarcastically.
Matthias Landry & Crestwood vs Team D&D – Matthias def Dyne via Heartbreaker. Josh was on commentary during this match and failed to cheat on behalf of Team D&D.
Backstage – Kelsey and Katie talk about possibly becoming #1 contender’s for the tag titles with Shane, who tells them they need to prove themselves a little more before they can face the champions. Marx comes in asking Shane if there’s a problem. Shane tells Marx the only problem he has to worry about is finding a way to survive getting to the ring for once.
Marx vs Jonthan Leves – Match never takes place. Delta, as Shane predicted, attacks Marx during his entrance and lays him out in the ring. Jonathan takes advantage and Buzzsaw kicks Marx for no reason.
Backstage – Mike Landry talks strategy with Matthias. Short character development scene.
Backstage – King gives Reno the cold shoulder when the latter requests to talk to him.
In Ring – Sephiroth comes out to talk down about Raj Delrey again. Halfway through the same speech as last week, Revy Starrow comes out to put a stop to the yammering and challenges Sephiroth to a match.
Sephiroth vs Revy – Sephiroth def Revy with a METEOR in a short affair.
Backstage – Dodge bumps into Team D&D backstage. They intimidate him but invite him out to chill anyway.
In Ring – Grif comes out with Karen, describing the scene coming at Death Row, aptly named. Seita comes out suddenly and hits Karen with the Hero Stone. Grif flees, leaving his girlfriend to be carried off by Seita.
FFA 2017 #4
The House Our Father Built vs Kelsey and Katie – Kelsey def. Railery with a DDT. Reno got distracted arguing with 2.0 outside the ring, preventing him from stopping the pinfall. 2.0 get’s heated and ends up slapping Serenno in the face before leaving.
Backstage – Josh slips into the men’s locker room looking sneaky, and then is seen leaving.
Backstage – Kimmi talks to Grif about what happened to Karen last week. Grif mentions he hasn’t seen or heard from Karen since the show last week and talks about dealing with Seita Gray at Death Row. Sets his sights on his match for the night.
Team D&D and Dodge vs The Other Guys & Crestwood – Dylan def. James after a Clothesline from Hell from Dyne. The tag team treat Dodge like a bro. He seems to like it at least a little.
Backstage – Angry, 2.0 talks to Railery about his older brother holding him back. Told him Shane almost took away his title shot but 2.0 managed to keep it for him. Railery tries to get 2.0 to forgive Serenno, but 2.0 doesn’t want to hear it for some reason.
Jayce Myraj vs Jeff Cheyney – Jayce def. Jeff with the 8th Evil Ex.
In Ring – Sephiroth returns to talk down about Raj Delrey. Challenges him to come to Death Row and answer to the One Winged Angel.
Marx vs Delta – Match never starts. Delta enters first and then watches on the big screen as Marx busts into the GM’s office and superkicks Shane in the middle of a conversation with Kelsey and Katie. Marx tips his hat to the girls, who smile.
Matthias vs Grif – Match ends in chaos when Josh Madwahl and Kurast get involved brawling with the two in the ring.
-Seita Gray attempts to attack Grif, but Grif was ready this time. Grif drops him with an OOA, but it doesn’t appear to affect Gray. Gray manages to connect with another, but it’s not until a third that Seita stops moving, allowing Grif to pose with the belt to end the show.
