Helia shot Lizzy a small glare and stood up, walking over to his bed and sitting down. "I don't need anyone. If you stay around me, you will get hurt or worse. I can't lose someone again. Helia turned away from her and gripped his arm a little. "You'll die. I can't have that on my conscious. The darkness grows stronger everyday. And I don't have the strength to fight it. Please. Helia wasn't sure what to think of Lizzy's embrace. For some reason, he felt comfortable and at ease with her. It was almost as if his fears had died down a little.
