- Elliot is a kind man who would die for his friends. He is honest and true to a fault with the people he cares for. However he does have an explosive temper at times which came about as a result of his hero career. He always has good intentions but sometimes struggles to show it.

- Elliot was just a man before the incident gave him his powers. He was a professor in a college that he doesn't remember the name of and it was during a class that he first began to notice his powers. He would answer a students questions before they asked, react to outbursts before they occurred, stop fights before they were triggered. After the initial shock he began thinking of ways he could use his powers for good. It started small, stay in shady areas and look ahead to see what was coming. He stopped small crimes before Mr. Invincible ever put on the mask and inspired him to do the same. He chose the name Chronos and within the year he was a big a hero as the first. He never lost, he never said the wrong thing, and he never failed to persuade anyone who could be persuaded. He worked for years with the biggest names before suddenly dropping off the map. He left the crime fighting for the woman he loved and when he returned to the fold five years later, no one he worked with had to ask what had happened. Chronos had a new drive to protect people. A drive to be there before tragedy. He fought until he was to old to keep up and then suddenly, he left again. Now he has returned to help Olympia build her new team and the mystery that surrounds the beginning and golden years of his life remains unsolved.

- - Elliot has never lost a fight, not even Mr. Invincible managed to beat him in sparing because Elliot always knew what attack would come next (granted no one really won because Elliot's punches didn't do much). Age has hindered Elliot's will to test his record.
