This can also produce seismic shockwaves through his steps, sending out massive force of vibrations. The vibrations can be expelled and blasted from his hands, from his mouth, and from even his eyes. vibrations into the air can cause solid wall of air to block incoming attacks or he can vibrate his feet to walk on solid air which is possible by the vibrations compacting the wind to act as a psuedo-solid. Even through mediums such as wire, or a bladed weapon increasing cutting power of almost anything. This done by vibrations along the blade's edge allow it to cut through much denser materials than would normally be possible. Alternatively, friction from the vibrations are used to heat the blade white-hot, and the heat is the source of the increased cutting power. He can even vibrate the molecules in his body, causing him to be able to phase through solid matter allowing from the ability to escape from encagements.
Echo Force: With this, Scarre can turn a regular growl into a loud booming echo or loud hyper sonic voice. Also, this can be used to turn claps and stomps into heavy, sonic attacks. Think canary from DC. This is used by the medium such as his voice or hands producing a sound and he uses his vibrations to enhance the sound vibrations in the air, amplifying it. While strong, it will always be weaker to a person who purely manipulates Sound.
Enhanced Strength and Healing: It should be noted that vibrations are constantly pumping through his body. Even as it seems he is standing still, his body is in constant moving/ vibrational state. These vibrations causes for increase in bone density and muscle mass, causing him to be naturally stronger and durable do to corresponding cells to always being in a constant state of destruction and rebuilding. - Super Strength: seriously, just punch people in the face. So much easier to deal with.
Extreme Cold: While not a true weakness, it can weaken him even though it won't completely stop him.
Themal Powers: He could disrupt say a flaming fire ball, but he cannot get rid of the heat that's in the area. Smoke him out? Boil him alive ? It's pretty simple. While cold won't fully weaken him, baking him like an oven is a really smart idea.

- Pride Scarre takes pride in everything he does which can be his greatest strength and weakness. He doesn't accept defeat easily. And if his pride is bruised, it affects him greatly. Pride allows him to put greater amount of energy into things and allows an ability to push through situations. While at the same time pride causes him to get into situations and do things even when its obvious of the outcome. Ex:Trying fight someone out of his league.
Narcissist Scarre believes he is the best at everything and believes he can do anything he wants and better than anyone else can do. Even when he has no idea how to do it
Sardonic Mocking bird should be his spiritual animal. Or a parrot. If he is up to the task, or feel like annoying you, He will mock you in any way form. Defiant Scarre is not keen to listening to others. Especially those he do not like. When it comes to rules, and duties. He's stubborn as a mule.

Manipulative Do to his laziness, Scarre rarely likes to do anything of his own will. Instead, he rather make others do his work. He's very skilled at manipulating others and saying the right things to gain what he wants.

- =Scarre is the black sheep (literally) of the Valentines. He is the b*****d son that came along due to Duncan not knowing how to keep his tool in his pants. After his birth, Scarre stayed with his mother until he was about 3 years old. When he was 3, his mother ended up getting murdered. He wasn't sure why the random murder occurred. After that Day, he was shipped to the Valentine Mansion. When he first arrived at the Mansion, he displayed more animalistic qualities, acting more like a animal at times than a human.He would eat his cereal out of the bowl like a dog and wouldn't use his spoon. When he reached 4 years old, he received the nickname Scarre from Billos after an accident occurred in which the family dog scratched Scare two good time across the face. Scarre has a streak going down vertically on his left eye (thankfully his eye was safe) and another streak going horizontally across the bridge of his nose. dads liked the name of Scarre and stuck with it, mainly because Scarreman sounded stupid to him.
During his time at the Mansion, Scarre always stayed in some type of trouble do to his narcissism and pride allowing him to easily wanna show others just how savage he was. While growing up, his number 1 was Billos, his cousin. They did almost everything together and had each other's backs. However, Scarrekept something from Billos, the feelings that he truly couldn't be seen as equal to Billos or any of the other Valentines. Everytime someone learned him and Billos were cousins, taunting came. Scarre was snarky and could clap back, but it hurt deep down inside. During these years, the seed of unequality was planted. He went on through the years wishing to be seen as a truly equal cousin to Billos and not an outcast. Billos was one of the only people who gave him hope in an equal world. Even though he was a b*****d, Billos didn't care. Family was Family.Scarre is the only one in the family that does like lolipops. The British life style and dialect for some reason didn't rub off on Scarre. Even though he lived there his whole life, the stereotypical British tone and dialect doesn't sit with Scarre well. It comes out at times. His voice mainly seems aggressive by nature but soft. After moving to the united states, his powers started to develop at the age of 12. While practicing and using his powers for his own gain, he started an underground rap career becoming one of the best upcomers in the game.
