It's tough finding a crew, and then having one that is prepared (all necessary rings at 10, no AoE, always use self Rage buffs when rebuffing etc).

I tried leading a crew but didn't know how to tank. I had to eventually since no one else wanted to. I forgot how exhausting set up was xD
